"Beautiful heritage property (you can’t miss it on arrival as it’s very popular with tourists for instagram!) with nice internal decoration. Spacious simple rooms with AC and fan. "An old style heritage hotel at a calm & quite place. Closer to Cruise jetties. It is equidistance from both North and South Goa. Good place for families. Restaurant needs improvement - need more space and variety. Breakfast is below average. No varieties. Need serious attention. Rooms were good, fairly big and well maintained. Wooden furnitures (coat, tables & chairs) give a special feeling. Though I got 51% off in hotels.com, the rooms are priced very high in the hotel website. ...

"Beautiful well kept rooms and thoughtful amenities. Nice to come back to relax after a hectic day. All at a very reasonable cost. The staff were well trained and very obliging and the check-in and out quick and efficient. The art gallery, jacuzzi, salon and the gift shop, all were great additions to the place. Look forward to being back soon."

"Excellent location with beautiful Architecture all around . Rooms are well maintained,neat and clean and Under the guidance of Mr. Carlos (Owner) the hospitality is excellent. I stayed here for 2 nights and the Mr.Carlos was so thoughtful as to give me a Guide book upon reaching the home stay which took me through the history wedged in the place and all around. I would recommend all to go for this place if you want a Safe ,Clean , and a Owner who is very Trustworthy and friendly . "

"My room was big and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. The staff was helpful. It's listed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it could be viewed as a truly excellent 3-star or a so-so 4-star. The breakfast only had a few selections, but several of them changed every day, which is a good thing when you stay several days. My room was on the top floor, and there must be a metal roof, because it rained on my last day and it was so loud in the room I couldn't think. I also fault the hotel for turning up...

"Slightly out of the way and not geared up for Western tourists. We were the only ones staying there. The room was OK but the balcony unfortunately overlooked a building site. There was no bucket (for soaking clothes) and the bathroom didn't have an extractor fan. The best thing was the breakfasts which we really enjoyed and here the service was much the best in the hotel."
