There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "

"Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business."
