Had multiple problems getting into the condo. Entry keypad was not working right. This property was obtained thru VACASA yet VRBO is trying to scam a fee for the rental. Not happy with VRBO charge.

Great small condo for Pagosa Springs adventures
This is a very nice small condo, close to shops, restaurants and stores, and not far from downtown. It's also easy to get to great local hikes from here. The place is comfortable and WiFi worked very well for me while I was there. I also made use of the very nice kitchen! Highly recommended for a single traveler or couple, as the bed is a full-size (smaller than a queen) but very comfy. Great place, highly recommended!

The Ace condo location is excellent- right by the golf course! Quiet area. All the amenities you could possibly need/want! Did not like the worn, stained, smelly carpet. Would also be nice to have a larger bed in the bedroom(full size currently)

i have stayed in many rentals - so i have a lot to compare to. how great is it to be supplied with enough towels to cover a whole week, to have a great selection of cookware, to have nice hand soaps provided, plenty of paper products and even complimentary dishwasher tablets. I appreciated it all! thank you for that attention to detail :)

We really enjoyed staying at this location!This property was amazing! It was the perfect size and so comfortable! Our only suggestion would be to possibly have a mini basket with coffee and creamer for the coffee pot (lol we are total coffee people) Thank you for letting us stay! We really enjoyed it!
