"The property is well located facing Lake Powell, the check-in went smooth and the lady at the front desk was very nice and smiling. The room was spacious and we had a good view on the Lake with a balcony on second floor. The room was OK, the toilet and bathroom sink were not properly cleaned, the bathroom sink and cabinet can easily be updated to make it more attractive, the headboards of the beds were greasy, the patio door was full of spider web.
