Please note that the property has many options available ranging from a basic room in the motel section of the property and we also have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom lakefront condos in another section of the property which are much newer than the motel side. The property has been in business since 1945 and has had many updates including paint, new keypad locks, laminate flooring, new beds etc.

Thanks for the review. Our hotel has 9 different types of rooms as well as condos available, many have lakeview. All of our rooms have coded doors, we send out both a text message and an email for guests to pre-register for their rooms and then we provide the room number and keycode making it very easy for guests to access their rooms / suites, avoiding the hassle of keys. The office is open 10-5 for guests and the Management live onsite if there are any issues.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately we don't have record of you having stayed with us. During the off season, our onsite Manager (female) would've checked you in and provided a room number and pin code for the door. As this reservation was non-refundable with Expedia, it was marked as a no-show.
