This property was just ok. They were crowded and when we asked for help with dinner reservations they severely missed the mark each time. The rooms are small. Good for business travel but not for a vacation.

Wonderful place to stay with a family. The connecting two room suite was ideal. The hotel had such a warm and inviting vibe and wonderful aroma. The staff was incredible in every department in every way. Having a laundry room on premises was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

This hotel was one of my favourites. I absolutely loved the stay, the rooms and the common areas were perfect. The staff was so incredible, I would highly recommend to a friend or come back if I’m in Osaka again.

Zentis is a little tucked away but still walkable to the metro station. The property itself is stunning! Very spacious in our corner unit with two full beds and a full bathroom including tub. I loved our stay and would definitely stay again next time in back in Osaka!

Absolutely loved our stay at Zentis. The rooms were incredibly spacious with plenty of storage. Very relaxing vibes, and fabulous soaking tubs.

Beautiful Hotel
The Zentis Osaka was a beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly kind and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was an added bonus. The hotel is in the Kita neighborhood and close to Osaka Station, but was a bit of a hike to Shin-Osaka (we took taxis). The location was really the hotel's only downside as the nearest metro was still about a 10 minute walk away.

LOVED this hotel from the moment we walked in...located on a narrow street walking distance from Osaka station. Truely a boutique hotel...lovely design, everything very unique and well thought out. The rooms and common areas were perfect but also comfortable. Smooth check in and check out and awesome breakfast both Japenese and American options. We stayed 4 nights but could have easily stayed longer. Lots of places to eat, shop and see within easy reach. We would love to return.

The hotel was in a great location in Osaka. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Amenities at hotel were perfect for my needs.

The room was huge and comfortable. There are small areas i noticed (as a cleanliness freak lol), that are not cleaned properly, but people seldom notice those areas. I really liked the environment and atmosphere. The staff was helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay here. The price is on the higher side, but I believe it was worth it.

Great Hotel, Fantastic Breakfast!
One of the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Great location… 10-15 walk to Osaka Station. Many great restaurants around the hotel. The GM led by example at the door, and welcomed guests. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return when in Osaka.

Rooms were set up nicely with enough space to move around. Family mart and McDonald’s close by for late night snack or warmly morning stop. Staff was friendly and most helpful for all our needs.

Exceptionally well designed rooms and relaxed and inviting public spaces, one of the staff made a paper crane for our 5 year while we waited in the lobby. 10 minute walk to Osaka station, near several subway lines.

This was a beautiful hotel. It definitely felt luxurious. We loved the rooms, the layout was very unique and beautiful. The hotel was about a 15 min walk to lots of large shopping malls and to public transportation.

Beautiful and incredibly stylish and well decorated hotel. No issues with the service but didn’t go above and beyond as a 5-star hotel would. Good location near a station and McDonalds, Family Mart and several places to eat near by. It was nice to stay here since it was quiet, so if you don’t want to be too close to the hustle and bustle of Dotonburi area I would recommend this hotel.

Great Place for a central location in Osaka!
My husband and I booked this place last minute, and it was worth every penny. The rainy shower head, the amount of space to walk in our hotel room, and they had up to date washer and dryers with a comfortable sitting area for you while you did laundry. The hotel staff greeted and treated two weary travelers with smiles and made our late night check in smooth! This hotel made our change of plans well worth staying in Ōsaka. If you love to walk to places and want to explore Osaka, this is your place. It’s an hour walk away from Osaka Castle, Dotonbori street, and it’s only a 10 minute walk from/to Osaka Station. There is also a beautiful river area for morning walks or jogs just 2 minutes away.

A tranquil oasis in the busy city of Osaka. Definitely Zen at Zentis. Excellent food and wonderful bartenders who take mixology seriously. Languid jazz creating a classy background as you sip your martini. Rooms lovely. Property spotless. Bathrooms and beds excellent. Highly recommend p.
