“Great airport hotel”

The Gate Tower Hotel is an ideal place if you want to be near the airport (Kansai). I did read one or two mediocre reports before staying there, but I have to say our stay was extremely pleasant. We had a room with a view - 46 floors up which was a pretty impressive view of the surrounding 25 miles or so. Arriving at a large airport hotel with so many rooms, I did not honestly expect my bags to be whisked away to our room and to be escorted there by a nice young lady who told us everything we needed to know about the hotel, restaurants, free bus service etc, (in very good English I add). But then I'm British and have grown to not expect much from our own hotels - British hotel managers have much to learn from the Japanese. The food and bar was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but pleasant with a good enough choice. All in all, a totally civilised and very relaxing stay.

“great hotel for airport accessibility”

Perfect hotel for being near the airport-large and frequent shuttle bus assures arrival on time. Had room on 50th floor with wonderful vista of the city and harbor. Great way to end a stay in Japan. Lobby is overwhelming mausoleum-like but the room was beautiful, large, quiiet and clean. Dining room was fine--costs were commensurate with rates in Japan for both room and dining. Will stay again when needing to be near the airport.

“Nice hotel, with free (wired) internet access”

Had a good stay at this hotel, the staff was efficient and friendly; I arrived too early for check-in, so they stored my case. On my return, my cases were already placed in my room. No mention was made that the hotel provide wired internet access free of charge, an useful and welcome addition. Will stay there again. Good breakfast.

“Great place to stay when traveling in/out of Osaka airport”

The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle very easy to use. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast room staff was especially nice and accommodating.

“The perfect Gateway for a visit to Japan”

This hotel could not have been better. Our destination was Kyoto, but since our flight arrived late in the evening and left early on the morning of our departure, the ANA Gate Tower hotel was perfect. The free round trip shuttle made our stay a breeze, and we really enjoyed the barbeque restaurant on the 52nd floor. The views were spectacular!

“Good clean reasonable hotel close to the airport”

Close to the airport. Comfortable. Reasonable. Take the complementary hotel shuttle to and fro from the airport as the cab ends up being steep for the distance.

“Good location, very near the Airport and good view !”

Breakfast buffet is poor, specially fruit and salad is not enough for the price. They have facility of Fitness run by other company, but they open 9:00am, it doesn't work for us, we would start work out around 6:00am or 7:00am.

“Very convenient to Kansai Airport”

Very nice hotel with direct access to Rinku town train station, Rinku premium outlet mall and has free shuttle service to Kansai International Airport. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to/from KIX airport and needing a place to stay. We used it as a one night stay while picking up and dropping off family members from the airport and were very impressed. Also, they were able to give us an English road map of Osaka and good driving directions to Universal Studios Japan. The hotel staff was pleasant and very accomadating.
