Very unpleasant visit the staff in the hotel was very rude also is hard to communicate with them, we request our room to be clean and after a very long day that we want to get rest in a clean room it was dirty. Also they are very racists they told us that we can’t eat in the lobby and all the other people was eating and they do not said anything to them. I will never back to that hotel and I never recommended to my friends or family

I liked the check in machines and lockers for storing small luggage. The beds were also very comfortable. I did not like the view of the next building's wall outside my window. I also didnt like the pathetic and dark lighting in the room that made me feel like i was going blind. More lights and brighter lights are needed. The free "breakfast" was also disappointing. I've hd better free breakfast options at hotels 1/3 of the price. They only offered 2 kinds of onigiri, miso soup and pickles. There were limited drink options and bad coffee. Basically the teaser poter for breakfast shows every single thing they offer. Theres also a 2 onigiri limit per guest. So... really its a free snack, not really breakfast. For the price i think they could go to a bit more effort.

I like the area subway just underground near the hotel few steps away. Only two washing machine for all the guest to use. Breakfast is the same every day. We ate same breakfast for our entire 6 nights stay.

I usually only report on hotels being extremely good or extremely poor. This place was an anomaly because some things were great, and other things bizarrely poor.... We started off on the wrong foot because check in time was 1500 and we arrived at 1300. They kindly took our bags while we went for a walk and got some food for lunch. When we returned we were told we were not allowed to eat while we waited for our room, but our room was ready if we wanted to go up. They then wanted 1000 Yen for checking in early so went ate our lunch outside while waiting for the last 30 minutes (even though our room was ready?)👎 Later on there was a really nice lady who helped us with our accommodation who was very friendly and professional 👍 The breakfast onigiri was dry and not very tasty- likely made the night prior and orange juice was orange cordial 👎 The room (and rest of hotel) was very clean 👍 but we had to move our suitcase around alot because the room was too small to open it 👎. There was also a kettle and coffee cups, but no coffee or tea 🤔👎. The worst thing about the place, and reason we won't return, was because of the washing facilities. 2x washer/ dryer combos for the entire building. It took 2 days to get a washer available then our clothes were removed before they were dried because someone else wanted to use it. In hindsight, finding a place or on the street would have been better but we didn't expect staff to be handling my partner's panties before drying... 👎👎👎

Easy to find, very convenient and very close to the subway station especially if you’re carrying a lot of heavy luggage, this place is the place you want to be. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and easy to approach. Always willing to help and our room is always clean and fresh everyday.

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities. The area is more of a business area and less convenient for shopping. Free breakfast is a great surprise though.

I was trying to store my luggage at hotel for few hours after check out. The hotel staff told me they don’t store customers luggage after check out . This is the first hotel that don’t help customers store luggage after check out. Hope this help

床太軟，不是很舒服。酒店空調系統不太好用，溫度不是很正確，酒店提供浴缸，提供早餐，吃的是飯糰和飲料，很普通。離淀屋橋站很近
