Beautiful hotel in the center of Ortisei however so quiet that you don’t realise. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner choices are exquisite. Incredible spa facilities.

Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel .

Lovely stay
Loved our stay - the property is lovely, our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and afternoon snacks exceeded our expectations.

The room that we booked was in the adjoining Adler Balance building. The room was nice but had a bad smell coming from the shower drain. We quite liked the dinners and breakfast included in the half board and there were lots of options to choose from. The spa/pool area was nice but got very crowded and noisy in the evenings, making it rather off putting. We stayed at the Adler Ritten in the days prior and that was a much better experience, feeling like a true luxury resort, and it was also better value as everything was included (all activities, drinks, lunch, etc). The Adler Dolomiti/Balance felt like a nice but crowded and commercial hotel. I’m not sure it justified the price and I do not think I would choose to return there. Next time I would have stayed longer at the Adler Ritten and just driven to the ski slopes.

The view from our Jr Suite was fabulous. Wish we could have stayed longer for even more amenities. We didn't get to experience the tea time or cake time due to our schedule, but loved the sauna and pools!

Incredible in every aspect but one. We are from Florida and accustomed to air conditioning . They don’t use it, so if you leave your patio doors open for circulation, you hear delivery trucks at 5am and church bells at 7am. So you get up at 5am and close the patio doors . We were there in mid September so I can’t imagine what July and August are like! But all the hotels are the same , no AC but it’s worth the minor inconvience . Fantastic resort . Warning! If your shy, this is a nudity required for sauna and steam rooms.

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining experiences. The menus were outstanding with many choices and all that we tried we found well prepared and very tasty. The location of the hotel allowed walking access to shopping and other dining facilities as well as walking trails. The only ripple to this fantastic experience was that the room lacked air conditioning. It is not available in the mountains, which we did not know. I am certain that normally this would not have been a problem as we had a balcony door which could have allowed for cool air to enter. However, during two of our three nights noisy neighbors prevented us from keeping the door open and therefore we were most uncomfortable in a warm room without ventilation. To the hotel's credit when I called to complain about the neighbor on the first night they immediately called their room and the noise decreased. Please do not let this prevent you from staying at this wonderful hotel. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will stay at the Adler again.

we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights (9-14 june 2019). the temp' was 27 celsius and in this 5* hotel there is no air condition and even no fan or ceiling ventilator. the climate is changing and it is about time to do something about it. the stuff is very friendly - but the service should be better. to get a fan or to bring the car from garage or to bring a mat to the shower we needed to call or talk face to face to the stuff more than 2-3 times .spa is nice (but in Toscana is better) food is interesting and the buffet at monday and thursday were great. the hotel is well maintained and specious

Great stay
We had requested a room with a Mountain View. They took they gave us had no view but they upgraded us to a room at balance; which was way nicer, though we had to pay for the upgrade. After that, everything was smooth. The hotel was amazing and the food was great

Fabulous hotel.
Stunning hotel!!! We stayed in a mountain view suite and the views over the Dolomites was unreal! The communal areas were spotlessly clean and the spa was wonderful.

Friendly relationships, long-standing employees and regular guests characterize the hotel, which is now managed by the 6th and 7th founding generation. This was only our second visit to the Adler Dolomiti. Anytime again!

We stayed in the Balance hotel. Although we had to walk a little to the main hotel we got a great view on the whole area and a quiet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful .

A good location expecially if you ski.
We stayed here during the Easter holidays which coincided with the end of the ski season. It is more a location for a ski holiday than any other activity but the surrounding area is pretty, quiet and very relaxing. Service at the hotel was excellent and everything was spotlessly clean.

Fantastic value, 5 course meals with buffet in addition! Great spa and pool. Free equipment use was amazing, Electric mountainbikes were superb (55 euro/day to hire, free if staying at hotel). Down sides - room was too hot, asked 4 times for heat to be turned down- no success. 5* hotel but horrible coat hangers in wardrobe( you know the ones closed hoops on the pole that screech every time you hang something!)

This hotel was perfect for us to relax. The spa is simply awesome and the food is excellent. It is right at the heart of Ortesei and close to the cable car to go hiking/skiing.

Nice resort but public access is difficult.
- Hotel name mixed with its location such as Alder, Demolittie, Gardenia, etc which may confusing. Even I paid 100 Euro to local taxi, he dropped us in other hotel with similar name. Fortunately I kept taxi for check in and we found we came to wrong when. - There is confusing whether the dinner is included or not, thee is not straight answer to me either by Expedia or Alder hotel. I need to pay additional 250 Euro for 5 night in addition to quote. - We had difficulties which room and in which building they provide for our families. We ended to have room in separate building. Hotel responses e anot straightforward.
