Nicest in town.
Have stayed there many times… nicest hotel in Orleans. Also, only hotel I know of in town that has a steam room and a sauna.

Very helpful staff on arrival when a local festival was on and helped with parking and storing our top box. Had great views from our adjoining rooms.

Great location too local shops and restaurants parking ok but limited if you have a top box or bikes on roof would definitely be a problem.

The hotel was in a great position on the Loire river within walking distance of the town and with parking and charging for my car close by. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. I particularly liked the range of leaf tea options. If I return to Orléans I would definitely re book this hotel.

Shame about the Spa Experience.
The initial experience of the Hotel, was positive, however when we were extracted from the Spa, because a mistake had been made with the booking that we did the day before, it was not very good at all. Excuses and changes to the story were inconsistent so poorly handled.

The hotel location is convenient, the staff was awesome and our room was comfortable and quiet! Breakfast and the oyster bar in the evening were both great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very desirable location , on the river, near the market (Halles) and multiple restaurant options. Fully renovated old building with comfortable rooms. Employees are welcoming and smile ! Not a palace but a great place to stay away from nondescript chains

Amazing staff!
The Empreinte was an over night stop on our way to the Dordogne. It is an older but modernized small hotel on the old city of Orleans and located on the river. The staff was the most charming group of young ladies I have ever met. The room was very large but lacked a view, but I want in Orleans for the view from a hotel window. Over all I was extremely please with the hotel.

Lovely hotel with an excellent mini spa, the Hot Tub and sauna were in great condition and perfect to winddown after a day walking around. The breakfast was great plenty of selection and all freshly prepared

Great Location
The hotel is in a great position. Right on the river with great views, and only a few minuets walk in to town for shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was smooth nd quick. The rooms are a little small, and the wall between the bathroom and bedroom does not go right to the ceiling! Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. There was a festival going on, on the river edge during our stay This made is busy, but exciting as well. Breakfast is a mic of hot and cold.

It was a really special two nights we stayed in Orléans In this beautiful small hotel, with extremely comfortable bed and stunning views and a perfect location. I’ll never forget showering and being able to look out at the river Loire.

Good location. Great espresso machine. Bathtub is not safe. No handrails at all. Unless you are young and atletique, you can’t get out.

Great place for a change of pace form Paris, go!
We happened upon this place on a brief getaway from Paris, and were very glad to find it. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, with large opening windows that overlooked the street and the Loire River. We did not get a chance to use the spa, but our stay was very comfortable and we were so glad we came. Lots of exploration nearby by very inexpensive city bike rentals, we rode along the river for a picnic along "the last wild river of France" and even encountered some goats manicuring the riverside brush :) and wandered to nearby towns. Once a year there is a big celebration of Joan of Arc, and we happened to be there for that, complete with a reenactment of Joan of Arc in full armor riding to the cathedral at night, locals shouting "long live Jean!" The town is very clean and charming with good restaurants also. Well worth a visit!
