Room was comfortable, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, decent wi-fi that allowed us to work. Noisy at times mostly because there were a lot of teenagers in the hotel. Location is fantastic, walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. I found the restaurants on premise a bit expensive. I would probably stay again.

Pros: beautiful property within walking distance to convention center. Clean, dinning options in the hotel. Cons: add said queen bed but bed was more like a full. Mattress was too firm and too small for 2 people. AC was either freezing cold or too hot.

This hotel has excellent dining options and a convenience store that is very reasonable with their pricing. The staff is top notch. I travel a lot and Rosen Plaza on International Drive is unmatched for the price. My family and I go to Universal Studios every year and we have decided this will be the hotel we stay at every trip moving forward. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of at Universal's hotels. This hotel is higher quality and more affordable. 5 stars!

Clean, quiet and newly renovated. Loved the amenities in our room. Mattress was slightly firm just how we like it, but measured short for a standard double bed size. We were in town for an event and loved the convenience of the skywalk bridge over the street and connecting to the 2d floor of the convention center. Didn’t have to move the car all weekend.
