The rooms had odors and urine. It is a pet friendly facility but you need to address the cleanliness

Great location location location great staff very clean inside and outside nice pool great activities for the kidzzzzzz Tiki bar was awesome great vibes and drinks too also wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond hotel staff called us to advise us that our daughter had left her wallet with id and credit cards in the bathroom lobby just as we were arriving @ the airport remember location less then 20 minutes away in a flash we were back just like that we are definitely staying here again oh and the breakfast was banging by Applebee's on the premises my grandson had pancakes but Sunday morning there was none guess what the chef made him his own personal stack he was very great full excellent service and great service

The hotel and pool weee great, staff was very friendly. Although it was a chore to get our luggage to the room. Elevators were not working and there was a cobstruction zone around the pool that might have been nice to know about in advance

Mi check in era a las 4pm y me entregaron a las 5pm y fue por que yo fui a recepción y ver que pasaba. Ya estaba listo pero por falta de comunicación no me habian llamado para entregarme las llaves. Todo lo demas perfecto.

This is a nice hotel. I didn’t get to see much of the amenities because I was never there. The reason I marked it down a little was just the stupid resort fees they charge. Just set the price and get rid of the resort fee.

This resort was outstanding overall. The staff, especially the young lady at check in was so very nice. My room was cleaned daily and you don't get that much anymore. They did test the fire alarm one day but it didn't last too long! I will stay there again.

I would have given this property a 5 star however they have extremely thick mattresses with a regular box spring. The beds are extremely comfortable but sit so high that it was difficult to get in and out of bed. ( I am 5'1") Running and jumping was a bit much.

Highly recommend near Disney springs and parks. Transportation provided. Kid- friendly.Water splash- pad, arcade, movie theatre and off course pool. Clean and quiet in the rooms. Friendly staff. Applebees on site/ kids 12 and under eat free with a voucher. Off lake Buena vista so many other restaurants to visit. Definitely will be going back

Check in was smooth and easy, room was clean when we came in. The hotel had an Applebees built in where you could have breakfast and dinner, which was helpful for us. It was a great hotel for a day’s stay.

Customer service was excellent and check in went really well. The AC was off in the room, so there was a moldy odor. Also, the drain in the shower did not drain well. We arrived late, so decided not to ask for another room. The beds were nice and soft and comfy. We stayed 1 night.

The hotel stay was fine. There was a little bit of constuction drilling that woke me up one day. I didn't like the scammers operation out of the hotel selling timeshare. They offered me $110 to watch a 90 minute presentation that actually lasted 4 hours and then i was told I didn't qualify for the money.

My family and I enjoy our stay at the hotel. It is definitely family friendly. I really love how Applebee's was on property so I did not have to go far to dine. The hotel was not far from Disney World which was the main purpose of the trip.
