Good access to dining options. No free breakfast though. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was available to Universal. Room was comfortable. Amenities on the property are good.

Some of the staff at the front desk were pretty rude for no apparent reason. Said there was a glitch in the system with my credit card on file. When I asked a few questions the girl became uppity and defensive towards me for just asking a few simple questions. Pamela and Niecey were very nice and accommodating. Pretty upset that on our first day, there was an incident at the pool and we never got back in. When I mentioned it staff didn’t really seem to care. Cleaning services were subpar, had to refill my own tissues and toilet paper.

We liked our room, the pool enclosure, and the variety of dining options. Great location. However, parking was a hassle because our room key didn't open the gate and we had to press the help button to open the gate.

Friendly staff, very clean, had a nice stay overall. Only downside is parking is very expensive per day.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice an welcoming loved the fresh baked cookies they gave us when we first checked in an the restaurants was near by didn’t have to go out too far to dine an the bus stops was near by so just in case you don’t have transportation you can still get around

Property had a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and play area for the kids along with several food options on site and a Starbucks. Very convenient 15-20 min away from Disney parks and 5 min drive to universal Orlando/city walk. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was tired, there were a few plumbing issues. Staff was friendly when you saw someone. Pool was nice but needed more care it was smelly and not clear.

Very basic hotel but worth the money. You have to pay $32 a night for parking which is a little pricey but it is convenient as there is no parking near by. Room seemed decently clean and you are in a good location right next to universal so Ubers are cheap

This is a great stay for anyone going to Universal Studios. Easy shuttle to and from the the park. Clean property and nice pool area. Tons of dining options around the hotel.

“Game room” was not what it looked like. It’s the size of a small closet. There were people coming in to use the microwave. Restaurants were not open. Only late at night. Everything was so outdated. Water pressure was poor
