“Excellent value”
Well maintained hotel, large rooms, close to numerous eateries and shopping, no traffic noise, and no pets. We chose this hotel for its affordable proximity to Daytona during Daytona Speedweeks, and we were not disappointed. With easy access to routes leading to Orlando International and Daytona, this hotel was a winner, and we will definitely stay there again next February.

“Quenn size beds seemed a little small”
We checked with the front desk right after checking in to make sure they hadn't put us in a room with two double beds because the beds seemed small for queen size. We were assured we were in a "queen" room. Other than that we had an excellent stay. Close to UCF and very good breakfast buffet.

Well greeted. Enjoyed breakfast. Good location for what I needed.

The hotel is undergoing an update and there was furniture in the lobby-that is the only negative and will be quickly resolved. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. We have stayed two times before and will stay again...at least until our freshman graduates UCF!
“"Great service, but poor maintenance"”
Although the staff was excellent, and the rooms were extremely clean, the maintenance of the hotel needed some attention and funds. We arrived and the first room assigned had a leaking air conditioning unit that soaked the carpet and left a distinct mildew oder. We were moved to a room across the hall and the bathroom door lock was broken, the carpet also smelled musty, as if it needed shampooing. The staff were friendly and acommidating and if the hotel was up to standards, would make this hotel a 3 or 4 star stay.
