“Great hotel for the price!”
I never review, but thought I should. All the reviews are always negative and I am always unsure whether or not I should've booked. But in this case, I ws thrilled. For the price, I think the COCO KEY was top notch. The staff was friendly, water park was great and not too crowded, restaurant was good and reasonablely priced, shuttle service was good to universal and room was clean/up-to-date. I thought it was great.
“Coco Key Great for Families”
Very nice experience at Coco Key. Employees were very polite and friendly. Cabanas at the pool were an unexpected treat! Something you would expect at a higher end hotel. The hotel itself from the outside is not much to look at but once you are in the hotel it is a different experience entirely. Nicely done. Lifeguards were rotated frequently at the water park and were friendly and attentive. The only negative was that housekeeping did not do a very good job of cleaning. There was some mold on the shower curtains and they seemed to come at odd hours (late in the day or extremely early on check in day). I definitely would stay again. Maybe the housekeeping will improve (one can only hope).
“Disney Trip”
I Loved this hotel! I took my son to Disney/Universal for his mid-term break. The hotel was located near wet n' wild, Universal and several different restaurants. There was a mini put next door and we were able to take the I-trolly up and down I drive to get to most restaurants and sites. For the days we didnt go to any parks, the water park in the hotel was fantastic for my son. There were plenty of life guards and he loved the water park. Friends of ours were able to come for the day for $9.95 and it was perfect. The hotel also had a pizza hut express which was great for cheap lunches. The beds were extremely comfortable and housekeeping was fantastic. The a/c units are a little noisy but it didnt bother us. I would definately stay here again for the price it was exactly what I expected and perfect for kids!

Water Park attached to this hotel is nice... not the HUGE ones in the area, but great for 2-3 hrs a day here and there, great to occupy their downtime. This is an older hotel that has been impressively redone. Rooms are very comfortable, VERY SPATIOUS as were the rooms of the past...

I went with my 8 year old & 15 year old son. Despite the age difference they had and wonderful time together both at Coco Keys & Universal / Island of Adventures.

“Best holiday in Florida”
As mentioned above this is all i have to say, what would be most convenient is if they had a shuttle service to and from Disney parks, we had to spend so much money on taxi and the meter taxis are a rip off so be careful if your going as far as the the Disney parks, i would recommend a guy but the best person to ask is a guy who works there by the name of jamal who can reccomend a guy who has a set price on his fares. Our junior room was lovely i really like the idea of the beach ball cushion that is amazing.

Coco Key is a #1 family oriented hotel. It is located close to all family activities - it was our first time in Orlando and we found everything to be within easy reach. We recommend the hotel to family and friends, especially those with small children.
