it was late on a saturday night. I was in town to see my brother who was on life support so it was difficult to say the least. when I asked which bus to catch in the morning would get me to the hospital, they told me they would take me to & from when i was ready. though it was out of their 5 mile radius, they were glad to accommodate me. i'm so greatful for their generousity. it was a very hard trip, but Best Western Ontario Airpark made it as easy as possible. THANK YOU !!!

“Great Cheap Stay”

Clean, comfortable and pleasant, a bit difficult to find because it is essentially tucked away in a business park but very close to everywhere you'd want to go (but why would you want to go to Ontario??) - a lot of fun perks like free drinks at 5:00 and a nice hot tub/pool table. Loved it!

“My favorite little hotel”

This Best Western is just a nice place to stay. My family lives nearby so whenever I visit them, I stay here. On my recent visit, I stopped in when I first arrived just to see if a room would be ready. It was only 10:00A and of course nothing was but the man at the front desk gave me a hotel business card and said to call back when I was about an hour away and they would assign me a room then. When I called from Disneyland at about 10:00P, the person who answered just asked me my name, put me on hold for about a minute, got back on the line and said, no worries your room is ready. When I was given a suite with 2 queen beds - it had a nice living space with a plasma screen TV. Not sure why I received the upgrade - but it was wonderful! The hot breakfast is always good - ready on time - and ample area for dining. great location to the airport and amazingly quiet even though right next to the freeway. Beds very comfy.

“Very helpful”

My elderly father and I were visiting relatives and I decided to stay at the hotel near the airport our last night. I made the right choice ! Everyone was great from the time we checked in to the time we checked out at 5:00 am the next morning. We deffinately would stay there again.

“Almost perfect”

Awesome service, from the time we first walked in the door. Big, well equipped room. Pleasant staff, great breakfast with lots of selections. Unfortunately, outside noise very noticeable. I have asked for a courtyard room for next visit. Swimming pool unsupervised, Diapered babies were allowed in pool. Unsupervised children in the hot tub.

“A Pleasant Stay”

The front desk phoned our room about 40 mins after check-in to inquire if everything was to our liking in the room and if we had any questions--a nice touch. Comfortable room, nice appointments. We used the free shuttle service to go to dinner; a nice convenience if your destination is within 2 miles of the hotel. The complimentary beverage hour offers 2 beers, house wines or soft drinks--so you'll pay for anything stronger. The free breakfast is nice, but the staff had trouble keeping up with traffic--food and plates frequently ran out and so people were standing around waiting....hot food was not kept warm enough, the fresh make-your-own Belgian waffles are a nice item but there should be more than one waffle iron operating, as this was a time-consuming process and not enough room in the serving area for the line that formed for this. The serving staff was very pleasant while trying hard to keep it all running smoothly. Overall, though, this is a hotel we would return to.

“Did all they promised! Good option”

I flew into Ontario late at night, too late to rely on the rental car counters being open. Took the free shuttle to the hotel (they come within 5 minutes of a phone call, 24 hours). Decent room with fridge, microwave, couch, etc. Breakfast was excellent, and they drove me back to the rental car place in the morning. Good WiFi service, free printing, nice pool. I'd happily stay there again. Good value for the money!
