The staff was welcoming and accomodating, they have a good team. The hotel is dated and has seemingly not kept up with the times. The heater only blew lukewarm air and cold air. The bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, and the proximity to downtown with shops, restaurants, and the farmers market was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the lake which was nice, but the heater didn't seem to warm the room and the TV never displayed a single station. It was locked on the 'select source' screen. We didn't call the desk about it since we were rarely there and it wasn't important to us. The front desk was helpful and courteous with other questions we had. All considered, we will stay again when in town.

The bathroom was dirty looking and our toilet would not flush. The shower did not have a drain cover. Everything looked old. It was easy to leave and walk around to restaurants so that was convenient but not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
