"A bit of difficulty in the beginning to get the door code but it was eventually resolved. The exterior trash cans were full making it difficult to fulfill the requirement to take out the trash. We had to clean The outdoor grill to be able to use it. Some of the rooms had rather thin sheets.The hot tub had debris in the bottom of it and an off putting odor. The top bedroom does not have any drapes or shades on the large glass door nor in the bathroom. So no privacy from neighbors nor any way to darken the room.
