Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was very warm and thermostat did not control temperature. Spa was not luxurious. My spouse and I were provided stained and undersized robes. We were without water the last night and morning without warning unable to shower before our flight.

Good stay overall. Only grumble was that the receptionist said we should have pre-booked the parking space and we had not been notified of this. However there were spaces available for a small charge €5. Also the spa access is at a charge of €20 per person, again, not made clear when booking. Otherwise all good and great location for out of season stay.

The property was in heart of the Olbia. There were buildings around it that were abandoned. It was very walkable and we enjoyed exploring the city for a night.

Dear Corry, thank you for your review. Just to explain, we're part of several re-qualification projects of the historic center, and there are other buildings under renstauration around us that are not under our management, but in the summer construction works is not allowed, that's why you may have felt there were abandoned buildings.

We had an amazing time at Tramas Ospitalità at the end of August. The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and answer our many questions as first timers in Olbia! The location is excellent, just walking distance to Olbia’s main strip with several options of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and coffee shops. Our check out was early so we didn’t make it for breakfast but they made sure we had a “to-go” box with snacks for the road. I highly recommend this place!

Great place just around the corner from town
My friend and I had a lovely stay 5 nights at Ospitalità del Conte Hotel & SPA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our twin room was really lovely and spacious. Breakfast was delightful and couldn't beat the location which was right around the corner from the center of town. We didn't use the spa facilities as it was way too hot but am sure it would have been great in cooler weather.

Located in the city center the hotel has an excellent position to reach most of the places by walk, nice restaurants and bars around, Superior room had a big sunny terrace! The room with the bathroon are very clean and the bed if comfortable. The only thing is that the soundproof is not very high, so if the neighbour that lives in front of you sleeps very well and doesn't hear the loud alarm, most likely you will :-D We spent a very good time at the hotel SPA that we booked in advance, private relax with saunas and jacuzzi, there is also an outside terrace available, but definitely more appropriate for warmer seasons. Per our taste the breakfast was good, both sweet and salty things. Hotel staff is amazing! Nice, smiley, helpful people, thank you very much. Absolutely can recommend the hotel and we will consider for the next trip to olbia

A little gem in the heart of Olbia
Central located in a quiet street, the hotel is calm and welcoming. All the staff from reception to breakfast service were marvellous - well informed, helpful and professional. The spa is nicely designed and carries an extra charge but it's a nice addition to your stay.

Parking was just for a Vespa. It was the best and easiest way to get around the Costa Smeralda. The hotel was nice, they gave a spa but not a natural thermal one as we had hoped. In any case, jacuzzi, pool, steam room sauna and showers. Room was ok and breakfast good. Close to train station and Vespa rental as well as city centre

Very central and great atmosphere
We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a pretty hotel, with comfortable and spacious rooms. A 60 second walk to the Main Street. There’s an incredible restaurant right outside the hotel, (expensive but worth it) Michelin Star). There isn’t much to do in Olbia centre but it’s good for food and night life. Make sure you try the cocktail bar mint Julip. The only complaint we had is that breakfast had loads of mosquitos and flys buzzing around the food and biting us. They have it open to the outside and I think it really was unpleasant to see bugs on the bread and to be bitten. If you decide to take the blue bus to San panteleo or anywhere you need to get a ticket from the train station. The bus would not let you buy on board and we missed a day to explore. The hotel doesn’t seem to know this either as we were told we could buy a ticket on the bus.

Amazing even for just one night! The spa was great and much needed, the room itself was very modern and had every amenity. The staff were very helpful and friendly (they could also speak good English)

Nice annexe from the spa. The room was big enough for three adults. Even better if the heating system in December reached the temperature that it stated on the air con and the same can be said for the shower temp. I would imagine this is not an issue during the normal vacation season

Very close to town centre. Comfortable and clean, the rooms are well furnished, with a fridge and good shower etc. Quiet and dark at night so a great night's sleep. Shame there wasn't any English speaking channels on the TV, I guess English speaking people don't stay here? Overall though, I'd recommend this place.

I upgraded to the junior suite because it was only marginally more than the basic rooms. It was very spacious and modern, had a huge balcony, and a super-nice bathroom. Great location, Very walkable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had one of the best Swedish massages there and the cost was reasonable. They have a spa area but I didn't get to check it.

This hotel was a bit difficult to find from the port as it is hidden in an alley behind some buildings. With that being said, the hotel was nice, quiet, and relaxing. The room was clean and simple. The staff was nice but seemed to just be there and were almost...unsure on what was going on. Hard to explain, but if you are not high maintenance then it would not matter. The hotel does appear to be a short walk from a main walkway with restaurants, and live entertainment. I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere the area had.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Oblia! The hotel was easy to walk to many places or the bus station. We also enjoyed the spa two days in a row and had massages, LOVELY!

The ventilation in the bathroom was broken, safety box not working, poor quality of the furniture, in general no attention to details. Price not corresponding to the quality of the hotel. Breakfast (self-service) from 7:30 to 10:00 so it is quite strange that the check out is at 10:00, it should be at least up to 11:00.

Dear Mr Ebreo, We regret that your stay at Ospitalità del Conte did not meet your needs. All the services offered by our Hotel, as well as the pictures of the rooms and the building are specified on Expedia. In particular: The Standard Room (room type chosen by you) is furnished in a modern style with warm colors. As in the pictures published on Expedia, it has a double bed, particularly comfortable, a two-doors wardrobe, a desk, bedside tables, TV-sat, fridge, coffee station and a large bathroom with shower. We are sure that you have also seen the other room- types available, such as the Superior rooms, with equipped balcony, as well as the Junior Suites. Check-in, checkout and breakfast times, are also highlighted on Expedia. Breakfast is at Buffet, with staff service at your disposal, from 7.30am to 10am. The check-out time is by 10am; despite this, you were allowed to keep the room until 11 am, without any extra charge. After receiving your feed-back, the Maintenance verified the ventilation in the bathroom and everything worked perfectly (the ventilation is very silent in order to guarantee the best possible sleep to our Guests). All our safes work with a 4 number code chosen by Guests. During your stay we manually opened your safe and reset it for a correct use. Best regards

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the lady on reception and the lady in the breakfast room were both so efficient and helpful. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which is offered at a reduced rate for guests. There was only 1 minor comment for the hotel. The rooms had a supply of tea and coffee but no milk? Maybe this could be a consideration for the management? But overall an excellent. Thank you.

Actually, all the rooms in our Hotel are equipped with a big, two doors wardrobe, with a large compartment to hang-up clothes and a lower shelf. Great modern hotel !
Great place to use as a base travelling around. The hotel is modern and the staff are very attentive from the reception team to the breakfast one - especially Monika who couldn't do enough to help us ! Give minute stroll to the restaurants and bars too. Don't hesitate to book here.

Nice hotel and spa
Very nice hotel. In the centre. Everyone very nice and helpful. Spa very good, even had aromatherapy showers. Breakfast not so good: orange juice from bottle, croissants not very appealing and horrible coffee from machine. I think breakfast needs to improve but rest is very good.

Annex was not what I thought I had booked
On arriving at reception, we were informed that our room was not in the main hotel, but in an annex around the corner. The room appeared as if it had recently plastered and not yet decorated. Although ours was the only room in the annex with a veranda, this was opposite a building in need of repair, so there was no scenic view. Reception made it clear that we were given the annex as we had not booked breakfast with the room (although we could have breakfast if we wanted at 9 Euro each per day - no thanks!). Felt like 2nd class citizens. Reported to reception that on a few occasions when we came in, the front door to the annex had not been shut correctly, meaning anyone could get in. We were told that when reception at the main building closed at night, they checked the annex door to make sure it was shut. Not very re-assuring. The best point of our stay was that the hotel/annex are both just around the corner from the centre of Corsa Umberto, the main area in the town.

Gentile signor Thomas, ci dispiace molto se il soggiorno non è stato di suo gradimento, ma come può verificare dalla prenotazione online lei ha visto le foto e ha scelto liberamente di prenotare la camera nel Relais. La struttura è stata realizzata e aperta nel 2017; le camere hanno uno stile minimal green con arredi in legno naturale, pietra del territorio, vernici atossiche, ecc. Cordialità.

Close to centre
Nice hotel close to the centre of town. Only a 2 minute walk and you are in the centre. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars enough for a few days stay. Breakfast room was good with a buffet and plenty choice. Coffee machine with plenty choice. Fresh fruit and nice pastries from local bakery. Room comfy and spacious with a large walk in shower.

Lovely hotel, short walk from centre
Junior suite was very nice with a large sun terrace. Spa was very nice to spend a relaxing hour. Breakfast offered a reasonable choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location
I thoroughly enjoyed my Stay. The hotel has 2 swections and we were stayed in the newer part. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to Corso Umberto where there are many restaurants and stores. The hotel is a short drive to some beautiful beaches. We had S car, but I believe if you don’t have a car, the beaches are easily accessible by bus. The daily breakfast is delicious, but is extra. The hotel has some parking spots, so if you’re driving, it would be worth your while to ask about parking. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would stay there again if I ever return to Olbia.

Fabulous stylish boutique hotel in great location
This is a wonderful 20 bed hotel with a relaxing spa. Rooms very well designed and comfortable. Superior room had a large patio with loungers. Breakfast fresh and ample choice. The spa is well worth a visit as a chance to relax after busy days travelling. Very close to many good restaurants and bars. Parking just 5 Euro Euro. Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended for great value for money.

Nice hotel in the heart of the town
Hotel centrally located so close to all the amenities. Signage could be better as drove past it twice. Great having parking outside the hotel, but you do have to pay. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Continental breakfast was nice but if you want a croissant get down early as when they have gone they are not replaced.

The male reception staff were very welcoming and helpful however the female staff were not. When we arrived, we were shown to our rooms and given the keys The spa day was really good but it wasn't made clear to us that the spa day did not include any spa treatement The breakfast was ok but the lady laying out the buffet was extremely rude. We wanted to pack some breakfast because we did not have time to eat in the morning at the hotel and she did not want us to do this. She even tried to hide the food from us on our last day at the hotel so we could not eat the breakfast when we had to leave to catch our flight at 8. The hotel room was very nice and clean but the room temperature was cold every time we got back in the evening so had to use the extra blanket to sleep. Overall the facilities of the hotel were good. The female staff need to learn some manners on how to treat paying customers/guests. We are not staying there for free and paid for the breakfast too therefore are entitled to use the facilities and eat the breakfast whether in a takeaway bag or at the hotel.

Dear Ms. Sheila, we are sorry that your experience at our hotel was not up to your expectations. We do try to do our best and your feedback will be taken into consideration. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am (as clearly stated on Expedia) and cannot be served as a takeaway for a number of reasons, first of all, because this kind of service is subject to a restaurant or supermarket license that we don't have. Staff is instructed to respect the hours of service and cannot serve food outside such time. We are sorry that you felt as rude the approach of our breakfast lady. Your comments have been passed to her and we will look after her manners more closely.

Lovely hotel, close to Centre, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, room facilities great, use of spa available, which we used, would have liked to be able to pop into spa for half an hour at a cheaper rate, having said that, we didn't ask if we could, so it might have been possible.
