“One of the "best" Best Westerns”

Stayed with our three year old. Suite was well layed out, and looked like it was newly renovated. The hotel was immaculate. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable. Each area had their own flat screen tv. Quiet and soundproof. Breakfast buffet was above average. There was a variety of eggs, waffle maker and most importantly to us, the coffee was excellent: bold & strong! Staff were polite. Location is farther out from the main beaches, but if you have a car, and you should in Kelowna, it took us 10 minutes to get to Gyros beach. The pool is sheltered under a roof with an open concept wall to walk outside. Only problem was we booked only two nights and wanted to stay longer but the hotel was full. Would highly recommend this hotel for business/family although wireless was a bit iffy.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel's location is great - you are next to most of the large shops. The breakfast is good quality, fair variety. Rooms are very clean. Great hotel for the price

“Will definitely stay again, if back in Kelowna”

It was great, the beds were a tad firm but after the first night, we got used to them. The breakfast was good, but of course try to get there earlier than later. Really enjoyed our patio. Wanted a balcony but the patio was even better. Terrific accomodating staff. Will stay again.

If you don't mind being a little farther from downtown but closer to the hotel and great shopping/restaurants, then this is the hotel for you. Great value for the money, decent breakfast, lovely spa and pool. Couldn't have asked for more.

There was confusion with the expedia booking. Hotel staff looked after the issue and were very helpful. The room was awsome. We will definitly be back to stay again

“We're very happy campers!”

My family and I spent two nights in this hotel - when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man on the front desk. Our rooms (two of them) were very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tubs - hopefully next time because they looked wonderful!

it was a busy event for us, as we were in Kelowna to attend my neice's wedding. It was very comfortable to come to the hotel room...especially the bed... i've not slept better...i would say...breakfast was great...a customized omellete station...nice! Absalutely applaudable! Will return again!

Hotel : Excellent place to stay for one night or a whole vacation! Central location, close to lots of shopping and restraunts pubs anything you could need or want! Hope they keep up the good work! I would stay again! Restraunt: Unfortunate but here was a downside! Dishes were dirty every time we went for breakfast! Whole stacks of them!
