"Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast food"

"We arrived on a late rainy night at Stresa train station and were unable to get a taxi. I called the hotel who sent Leonardo to pick us up. The station is a 5 minute easy walk to the hotel and any other day we would have done it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and the staff were always helpful. Will return! "

"Great grand hotel experience with ‘belle epoch’ architecture, great service, and location. Recent addition in 2021 of large spa, gym, indoor pool free for guests and a plus on rainy days. "

"The breakfast was not acceptable at all with 45 minutes to closure nothing was left. It was extra paid on top of room fee. The staff was impolite and refused to refill the items. The room is noisy with limited sound insulation. "

"Really lovely hotel to stay in, staff were great - always helpful. Comfortable bedroom with view of the lake from the balcony and the view from the Skybar was spectacular. Lovely dinner options in the main restaurant too."
