"This was a super easy check in. The staff person was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. The hotel sits on a hill over looking much of Santa Rosa and even though several restaurants are nearby, I would not call it walkable...you had to cross a busy 4 lane road to get to them. The hotel was showing some wear with some grout coming out in the bathroom. We were not fans of the sink being outside of the shower/toilet room. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel itself- the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good and hot. The area around does not offer much for dining options, but it was ok for 1 night. "

"Only thing we didn’t like was the AC goes off during the night and you can not keep the continuously running. I like the fan to run for the noise to help sleep. Both fan and AC are motion sensitive and I had to get up several times through out the night to shine a light and put motion on front of the thermostat because it completely stops and the room gets super hot! I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t override. So we checked out early and moved to another hotel. "
