It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. The property was super clean and offers an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the lock and damn. My only bummer was the property is not in...

"For being on the cheaper side of the hotels in the field of dreams area, its probably nicer than most of the other hotels. Room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Will most likely stay here again for next seasons tournament "
