We love the design of this resort which has generously sized rooms and balconies. The property is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and professional - and are very responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen space is very convenient. The free breakfast is excellent with a hot breakfast buffet, in additional to continental breakfast choices. We love the walkable neighborhood and the proximity to a small shopping area.

I asked at check in about the bags that were behind the counter, lady stated that they were for rewards members but never offered me to become a rewards member. The rooms were very clean, I mean excellent. Grounds clean. Tiki bar and Kirsten the bartender very nice and reasonable prices.

Its advertised as a nice place and recently remodeled but its really not. I had a remodeled room and you can tell that it was cheaply thrown together and smelled a bit off and stale. On my first day i took my 4 almost 5 year old daughter for a swim in the pool and they happend to be doing construction right next to the pool and almost over top of it. Not only was it extremely noisy from the obnoxious drilling going on but there was large pieces of debris and drywal floating in the pool. Im surprised that they didn't close the pool of as it seemed like a osha/ safety hazard. They kept telling my kid and the other kids to stay away from certain areas of the pool because of "safety" yet they didn't close it of. I have pictures and video of this happening and the debris. The worst part of it was when we were in the room around 2 pm and i put my kid down for a nap in one bed and layed down in the other. I hear my door open with no knock or warning and its the maintenance man and a house keeper asking to take some sort of measurements in my bathroom. They scared the living daylights out of my daughter and pissed me off. I should have gotten a call from the front desk telling me that a maintenance man was coming by and asked if it was ok for him to come in to do what he needed to do? What if i was asleep and didn't hear them open the door? Something bad could have happened, this is how kidnappings happen. It was honestly weird and unsettling. I immediately called the front desk.

The property and it's staff were great. Our room however was very loud. We were right behind the elevator, which we heard every time it went up/down. The room was on floor 2, so we were able to hear a lot of road noise, mainly motorcycles at night. And we were just above the dumpster so we heard the trash truck every morning. I would stay again, but I would request a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator.

The first room they gave us had issues. Toilet would not flush, tv remote came apart and had food on it. We asked to move to another room and it was much better. The outside of the building needed work done. It is an old place and it shows. Breakfast each morning was great.

Property itself is ok with a great location right on the beach with many nearby shops and restaurants. Unfortunately both the rooms we booked had poor and no n working toilets. We had to have a maintenance man come twice, but toilets were never fully working. I suggest to the property owners to replace the obviously old toilets with new. Other than that, the rooms were updated and in good overall condition.

This property doesn’t have a lot of parking at the hotel, but they do have within walking distance a block away parking. Which you can see from the hotel. Bathroom was small. On a good note Beds were very comfortable. The had nice pool and lazy river. The breakfast was very good.

Room clean and spacious. The ocean front hotel and grounds were clean and nice….providing a pool, lazy river and other yard games for families to enjoy. The tiki bar and pool side entertainment was convenient and entertaining. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and didn’t have to wait until 4 pm. The buffet breakfast provided was good and well serviced as items ran out. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!!

We had stayed here for spring break and it was a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only downside was parking, however it’s just walking distance away to get to the other lot. All in all, we loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was right on the beach which was wonderful. Parking is very tight, we were able to park down the road in an annex lot. Negatives were that this hotel is very outdated and the pictures do not match the reality. There was water dripping down the walls into the floor and from the ceiling in the smaller portion of the room. The floor was very damp. There was a smoke smell coming from the balcony most days even though it is a non-smoking room.

This was a clean and nice property. The parking was limited and difficult one night where we had to park in a dark unlit sand/dirt parking lot which I thought was not okay. Also housekeeping knocked out first overnight morning at 9am and then just walked in which I didn’t like and don’t know why happened.

Was quite disappointed in the pools as well as the fact that there was not a hot tub. We asked for extra towels and a change of bed sheets and never received either. The pools were claimed to be heated but felt quite cold. The sound of the elevator in our building kept us up most of the night which was very unpleasant. The description of this hotel does not match with the reality of it.

This was the second time we stayed here. First time was much better. The room was OK but definitely not as nice as the last time. Not as clean and some of the furniture was in disrepair. The highlight is the ocean view and breakfast is really good.

Overall an incredible disappointed. Could hear kids that were running around not even staying at the hotel yelling (profanities as well) and could hear the elevator constantly going up and down…loudly. Don’t recommend that anyone stay here.

This property is old and needs repairs and updating desperately. It is broken into three buildings. The 8 story tower that I was assigned had only 10 parking spots underneath and one of the handicap spots was being used to store construction materials. There was additional parking across the street in an open unsecure parking lot requiring you to have to cross a busy street to get to the hotel. Empty cardboard boxes were scattered throughout the hallway on the floor I was on. The door to the room had to be forced open and closed. I requested maintenance on the bathroom faucet the first day there, when I checked out 4 days later the maintenance still had not been completed. Found blood on wall outside of elevator on ground floor. Had to Lysol the entire room because we were afraid to touch anything let alone walk in our bare feet. Free continental breakfast was terrible, I gave up on it after first morning. I will never stay at this property or any Best Western again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else. I considered checking out after first day but didn't believe I would receive refund for remaining days.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the 4 night stay at our hotel. There is limited parking under the Tower building but plenty of parking just across the small boulevard we are located on. It is a very quiet street with light traffic. We are also shocked to hear you did not enjoy the breakfast. We have so many great items on it like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, Waffles, muffins, toast, juice, yogurt, and coffee! WOW- We are so HUNGRY NOW!

Best Western was such a disappointment, the place smelled old and dingy. I actually left and didn't care that they charged me my deposit for one night. The furniture in this place was old worse than what you would see in a thrift shop. I would never stay in this place. Like so many places in MB, this place needed a major renovation, you get what you pay for. Men, do not bring your wife or GF to this place unless you plan on getting dumped.

The ocean view was nice. The curtain didnt close all the way to the room and you couldnt close the bathroom door, because it wouldnt open and you would get stuck. My husband had to shimmy the door to get out the bathroom, because he was stuck

We had no idea the suite with kitchen would be so large. Balcony was perfect for relaxing. Parking was across a busy street and that could have been a problem in the summer. It was only about 1.5 miles from our favorite restaurants.

Our room was on the third floor of the taller building, we had a fantastic view of the ocean, pool and Tiki bar. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast and really good coffee every day. I definitely plan on staying there again. Staff was very helpful and Shelly at the Tiki bar was a hoot!
