In a good location and the staff are friendly professional and helpful. I had a room overlooking the promenade with a tiny balcony which was nice but the room and the bathroom were small and a bit run down. A friend had the same category room at the back abc both room and bathroom weee quite a bit larger. However I’d stay there again

The Westminster is a great mix of old school charm and convenient modern upgrades. There is so much beautiful artwork and architecture. It’s location is excellent, within walking distance of amenities, shopping, dining, and tourist attractions. I ended up having a medical emergency, and the staff helped to ensure that I was taken care of during my unexpected extended stay. My only complaint was that some of the electrical sockets did not work with my voltage converter, and there were no sockets by the bed

This was my first visit to the south of France and I promise I will be back! The staff were very accommodating and friendly to us, they speak great English but it’s nice to try your French. I had the sea view suite, absolutely stunning, spacious and three very ceiling height windows that open up to the sea. We slept with the windows open and the night breeze was perfect for sleeping comfort. Overall, 10/10 lodging!

We had a nice 1st floor sea view room. View was great but the street noise can be loud. Had a nice massage at the spa. Inside Bar overlooking the water is nice with huge plate glass windows. Small workout room with a few machines and 25lb and under weights. Friendly & helpful staff.

We arrived at the property. We had to carry out luggage up the stairs. I think they should have a bellman closer to the door. I had him take our luggage upstairs after we checked in. We reserved and paid for ocean view room. We were told this was a renovated room. To be honest i did not feel this was a renovated room. The shower had no water pressure. Maybe they did a quick renovation. Re caulk and re grout. The bathtub faucets and shower were older. The sink basin was not new.

Great location - reasonable price
Great location for central Nice, a few minutes walk from Old Nice, facing onto the beach and promenade and a short walk to lots of places to eat and drink. Ideal for the Carnival. Ten minute walk from the tram to the airport. Reception and consierge staff very helpful. We had a "city view" rather than sea view room, but it was on the corner with a balcony, so very nice. Not a huge room but totally OK, large double bed. Clean bathroom etc. We did the online deal including breakfast (as it's 28 EU if bought on the day!) but there are lots of places to sit and eat breakfast on the street and watch the world go by.

I've travelled a lot and this is the best service I've ever had in a hotel. The location is perfect right on Promenade des Anglais. Room and bathroom could use an update or deep cleaning - just a bit shabby. Bedding was always fresh and clean. I would stay here again though as the service can't be beat. Check out the grand room on the 1st floor in the back.

Lovely property and super staff. We were in room 231 and on the Saturday night there was a private function in the ballroom. VERY noisy. Should have been warned. Spoiled an otherwise great stay

Upgraded to a balcony sea view room, amazing views. Staff polite and helpful. Spa was great, especially the massage I had. My room only had a handheld shower and a huge bath, rather than a proper shower-over-bath, but that was ok. Big marble bathroom. Spa needs to be booked well in advance (not just treatments, but use of pool etc), and is charged at 1 or 2 hour intervals. Only 6 people are allowed in at a time. The steam room wasnt working when we were there, but we were given a 5€ discount because of that. Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, dinner menu and wone selection reasonably good, and decent cocktails in the bar.

Property was in a beautiful location right across the street from the beach. Was very easy to walk to restaurants, train stations, and late night events. Only downfall was the rooms are outdated. Especially the bathrooms.

The room was wonderful, so clean and a comfy bed. Staff at the reception were great, good welcome and let us store our luggage for check in and check out. Great location, we would stay here again. Lots of great food options around this location. Cleaners did a great job too. Views of the ocean were great from our room.
