“Niagara's Gem”

I've been to Niagara Falls before and never have I had a more private,romantic stay. The room was very clean and inviting. I can't say enough!!

“...WOW!”

Reading reviews before I left, I already figured wed be getting a nice place; boy was I wrong.. it wasnt just nice it was SPECTACULAR. A Hidden gem of Niagara! ...May have been stayed an extra night if the wallet wasnt hurting from all the Niagara tax & pricey commodities. Granted this Hotel seems expensive but, you get what you pay for. I was floored that I got the jet tub for 2, as opposed to the steam shower (which Im sure would have been nice as well) & The Sterling inn had one of the best showers Ive been in. I even made note of the excellent water pressure. The area the Inn is situated (just off the beaten path of tourist traps) isnt the greatest but, clearly isnt a problem. I just read the last review & realized I didnt get slippers either.. big deal! Are you supposed to? We got cookies on the bed & a GORGEOUS room. My only complaint has nothing to do with slippers or shiny gold nuggets left in my pocket; instead I simply would have liked a slightly better breakfast. If I think about it the included robes could have been softer & of better quality but, no biggie. Over all this place has everything you need to survive the falls, Room 116 was equipped with a king bed, fake fireplace, flat screen TV, Fridge, safe, iron & board, jet tub for 2, large shower, & an iPod docking station/radio. Pull out sofa & comfy, stylish chairs as well. With out being a snob you will LOVE this place & if you are a snob, this place should still do just fine. Great masseuse as well.

“Beautiful”

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful and the staff were very nice! The only complaint was the bed was VERY!!! firm! WOW! We would definetly return to this Hotel!

“Great Hotel”

I select this hotel for the travelers opinion, and no regrets. This accessible to all, free parking, breakfast included, the bed is firm but you can sleep very well. It's in a quiet area. Our room was very spacious. I recommend the hotel for couples.

“Nice Hotel!”

This is a new hotel with great rooms - 2 person jacuzzi or steamroom, wood floors, flatscreen LCD HDTV, free breakfast in bed daily, showers with body jets, wet bar, fireplace, free highspeed internet access, alarm clock with CD player and MP3 hookup, cotton robes, king size bed, and luxury furnishings. The front desk is attentive to your needs. The hotel is only a few blocks to the falls (no falls view) and restaurants are in abundance. The down side - no on demand movies, no room service for lunch or dinner, the complimentary breakfast in bed only includes a meat and cheese tray or yogurt and muffins, no spa or hotel restaurant menu available in your room, no binder with hotel information (you are handed a flier at check-in with your room information - how to use the hot tub, steam shower, or fireplace), and the mattress is EXTRA firm.

I picked the Sterling Inn and Spa based on redading the other reviews. It definitely lived up to everything I read and surpassed on some points. We felt very pampered here.

“Amazing Hotel!!!!”

The room was great! Had the steam shower in our bathroom which was awesome! Also, bath and body works toiletries as well as home made cookies on bed upon arrival was a very nice touch! Cool fireplace with flatscreen above and fridge in the room came in handy. We didn't even want to leave the room because it was so nice. However we did go to see the lights down by the falls at night and the hotel is right near all the action. Even though its not a fallsview hotel or right on the mainstrip, the room layout and decor far exceeded my expectations. It was so nice I want to renovate and replicate the bed and bathroom in my own home !! Planning to go back next year for anniversary of engagement! Thank you for a lovely stay at this hotel.

“Truly a getaway for couples”

We loved this hotel--the best part of our getaway to celebrate our anniversary was enjoying the beautiful room and its amenities, which we found to be top notch--the size and decor, the shower/steam shower, the breakfast in bed--such luxuries for a decent price at this time of year. The hotel concierge gave us passes to some local wineries so we really enjoyed a day of wine tasting in Niagara on the Lake. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Hardly wanted to leave.

“Best Stay at the Falls!”

Loved it!!!! I have never been so happy at any other hotel at the Falls. The room was amazing, romantic, comfortable and so much more. The tub was my favorite along with the breakfast in bed. We felt like we were the only guest there we were taken care of so wonderfully. The price was perfect, my only wish is that it doesn't go up to much.
