“Second time there.....will continue to go back”
We love how big the rooms are and how quiet the hotel is as well. The staff was very nice and we can't wait to go back!!!
“Great Experience!”
I'll keep this short and sweet. The Sterling is probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. (I travel internationally quite often) The room I stayed in was very high quality with hardwood floors, a jacuzzi, LCD tv and a beautiful spacious shower. The room itself is more of an apartment, than it is a hotel. (minus a kitchen, though the room did include a mini fridge.) The hotel is within walking distance of everything. Don't bother paying for parking, trust me. The sterling is close to evrything, even though it may not seem like it. There is no view of the falls, but you don't need it. You don't go to Niagara falls to see the falls from your room anyways. You go in person, and it's a 5-10 minute walk at most. 5/5 without question.

If you are looking for a comfortable and clean but yet not a busy one, Sterling is your choice! This hotel is located on a small street just 5 minutes walk from the Center Drive where all the attractions are. Since they're located on a small street, which makes it less noisy because they're away from the traffic.
“Niagara Falls Best Hotel for Couples”
Excellent Service at Reception. Huge, clean & comfortable bathroom, Room has fireplace which feels very warm like home. Free Wireless Internet Service is great. The only thing need to improve is the Exercise Room, it is very small and not many machines there & No swimming pool. Breaskfast delivered to your room every morning which is very nice, healthy food but not hot breakfast. Very convenience location to Canada One Factory Outlet, the Falls, Buffalo, NY etc. Can't wait to go back.
“Prefect Romantic getaway”
Everything about this hotel was fantastic, I went here to get engaged and was shocked how far the staff went out of there way for us. They have stunning rooms and a fantastic restaurant that uses all local produce and a great menu of well made dishes. One of the best meals out I've eaten, and all in a beautiful setting!
“Great retreat”
A huge room with luxury features, in excellent condition etc. An unexpectedly quiet locatoin, but within walking distance of all the tourist season intensity. Didn't have time to try the restaurant or spa, but sound great.
“Shh... Couple Only Please”
This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to the falls yet far away enough from all the crowds. A nice getaway without kids.
“Romantic Getaway”
This Inn was an absolute gem to visit. We did have a bit of a problem finding it as our GPS didn't locate it in the right spot, but once arrived it was great. Just off the very busy beated path in NF, it was very convenient to everything - restaurants, shops and the Falls!! The room was as it was pictured but the pictures don't do it justice - it was absolutely amazing with a beautiful 4 poster bed, a lovely fireplace with flat screen TV and an enormous bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and amazingly huge shower!! The room was very tasteful and although I was expecting a very hard based on others travellers reviews, it was extremely comfortable. We had a very romantic stay and loved the breakfast in bed most of all. The breakfast was perfect and very filling and well balanced. The room delivery was fantastic and right at our requested time. This was a very memorable inn and we will definitely be returning - can't wait actually. We highly recommend this inn for a romantic getaway - we plan on visiting at least once a year to invest in our "couple time"!! Make sure you visit Niagara on the Lake, beautiful shops and quaint restaurants and a beautiful drive on the Niagara Parkway.
“Very Enjoyable Experience”
The room was nice. It included everything mentioned except the tub (not all deluxe suites have one). The shower was huge and the steam option was a plus. The staff was friendly and willing to meet any needs. It's proximity to most attractions is within walking distance. I was disappointed with the wood floor being dirty upon our arrival. Housekeeping did clean it once made aware. The king size bed's mattress is firm, so be aware. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and would consider the Sterling Inn and Spa again.
“Very impressed!”
This hotel was outstanding. My husband and I spent 4 nights in a standard room and absolutely loved it. The room was modern and clean with lots of space. We were impressed with the room service (delivered every morning at the time we specified) and the staff - they were very friendly. The housekeeper was a step ahead, our room was always replenished with toiletries and towels, and the room smelled so nice! We loved the ambience of the fireplace, the jacuzzi and the large, spacious shower. It is catered to couples, I would not recommend children. It was a relaxing and romantic stay with only a short distance to walk to the Falls!
