“Very nice hotel”
Brand new hotel. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The only draw back is that it's not right on the beach. You have to cross a busy street to get to the beach.
“Didn't wan't to leave!”
My partner and I wanted a hotel where we could relax, after touring around Vietnam for several weeks and the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa was perfect! The hotel is stunning and offers coutless services. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had brilliant views over the ocean. The pool area is breathtaking and the buffet (we had both dinner and breakfast) was unforgettable. The hotel staff also ensure your stay is five star, offering freindly service and a smile no matter where you are in the hotel. We would also highly reccommend indulging with a massage at the gorgeous Spa - A true highlight of our trip. You won't regret staying at this hotel - We would love to return!

Our Stay at the Sheraton was beyond amazing. Room - fantastic, Service - fantastic, Breakfast - Fantastic, Concierge staff (especially Trung) - Fantastic, View from the infinity pool - Priceless. Cant wait to return to Nha Trang and wont stay anywhere else other than the Sheraton! xoxoxox
“Enjoyable Stay”
We had a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights relaxing in this lovely hotel. We booked a junior suite which allowed us access to club lounge facilities. The views from our room and the club lounge are drop dead gorgeous. There was construction either side of the hotel but we were not disturbed by this. The hotel is still only newly opened so everything is pristine. The buffet breakfast was good with a large variety with the only negative if I had to pick one was that the food was a bit cold at times. The spa facilities are first rate and my husband booked a 90 minute massage after we inspected these. He was disappointed at the end of this to be asked for a tip....which actually he does always depending on level of service....but didnt expect this from a 5 star hotel. Nice hotel, staff and facilities and a relaxing stay after a hectic couple of weeks,
“worth every dollar (Dong)”
The hotel was excellent - the rooms are fantastic - beds are "the best". As you would expect with the 5 star price - however compared to other locations - this 5 star is not really that expensive. - Lash out at least for a few nights you will not regret it. There is some major construction going on near by - but this was no big hassle. Location is slightly North of the backpacker / bars area - but an easy enough walk, and only $2 taxi if your lazy.
“Tranquility by the infinity pool!”
Other than the noise from the building of the hotel beside the Sheraton was a refreshing break from the hectic Ho Chi Minh City. The cooking classes were fabuloul. The gym had lots of high end equipment and windows overlooking the pool and we had beautiful views of the water from the balcony. We upgraded to get the club floor privledges which included the breakfast buffet (or the same price) internet, cocktails, nice relaxing lounge area and they were very helpful in booking a domestic flight.
“Perfect place in Nha Trang”
Great location, few steps to the beach, modern hotel, lobby and room are excellent , we had a room with ocean view which is absolutely amazing, breakfast buffet was impressed , friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed for 1night but totally love the Sheraton, it's certainly worth it. definitely come back again
“An amazing hotel”
We spent nine nights in late December in a Premium Deluxe room on 19th floor. Incedible room with large bathroom and two balconies. The only issue we had was with our AC. We found it too noisy to sleep and couldnt just switch it off from the room control. It was coming on and off all night on temp settingwaking us up throughout the night with the noise and air flow. Each night before we went to sleep we had to call guest services and have them turn it off from there control room. Luckily because of the temp that time of the year AC in the room wasn't needed anyway. I,m not sure what we would of done in summer. Apart from this issue that could of been a big one in May to August the hotel was perfect, probably one of the best we have stayed in.
