"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"The property was lovely, very clean and tidy. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! Some of the plastic utensils were so bendy they couldn't really do their job properly ie potato masher and serving spoons!! Apart from that everything was great."

"Just returned from a family holiday, an amazing cottage and location. A great base for discovering the wonders of Cornwall, an easy drive to St Ives, Penzance and Bude to name a few. Everything you need for a holiday is available within the cottage, very very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Look forward to returning Thanks Jo & Family"

"This is a beautiful cottage with such attention to detail. The bathrooms and kitchen have recently been replaced and are beautiful, showers powerful and plenty of hot water. Kitchen really well equipped and living areas / bedrooms really comfortable and homely. Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk from the local shop / cafe and pubs."

"The cottage is very well looked after, with lots of space. The location is very remote, so perfect for relaxing. Kathy was attentive and helpful and the welcome box was a nice touch"

Endroit calme pour passer de très bonne nuit. Et surtout un grand MERCI a Sarah qui a toujours était là pour nous indiquer tout les bon conseil. Une personne extrêmement gentil. "Had a great time in Oct half-term break here. Daughter walked to surf course at Fistral Beach, everything else a short walk out of the door. No parking, but the nearby long term parking car park was cheap and easy. Oh, and Sainsbury's literally opposite!"

"We had a lovely stay at Oms place. The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again!"

"Well equipped clean cottage. The steps into the bathroom however should be clearly marked as very difficult to see and could be potentially dangerous. Define with different coloured tiling? Good location close to the coast and situated in a village that has good amenities."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this property located within Atlantic Reach Resort. The property met our expectations with ample space and amenities. The location was perfect for exploring Newquay and the resort itself boasts many benefits such as a local pub, cafe, indoor/ outdoor pool/ gym if you please, crazy golf for the kids and much more we didn't touch on as the weather was so good we spent most of our stay exploring different beaches and local towns. "A truly lovely stay in a very well equipped property. The owners have really thought about everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. We had 4 wonderfully relaxed days in this great location with easy access to various beaches and locations. A great find and we will definitely return."

Only drawback was a lack of an allocated parking spot (plenty of public/paid parking space was available on the rear side of the apartment complex, which was easily accessible)"
