Elegant & Stylish 6 Bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Newport overlooking the Harbor and Thames Street above Bar & Board Bistro.

This beautiful building was originally built in the mid 1800's and recently renovated and designed with an upscale marble kitchen and breakfast bar that opens to the spacious great room with modern furnishings and inspiring artwork. The suites include six bedrooms each with their own bathroom and flatscreen TV as well as an elevator that opens into the unit.
The space
Guests have access to the entire 6 bedroom penthouse, 2 designated parking spots and a semi-private entrance shared with restaurant employees that has an elevator that opens directly into the penthouse. Guests will be provided with checkin instructions and a code to the lockbox located on the side entrance of the building on Green Street upon booking. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 6 Bedroom Penthouse Condominium as well as an elevator that opens into the penthouse. Guests are also encouraged to visit Bar & Board Bistro on the first and second floor. We also recommend making reservations for larger groups.
Other things to note
Let us know if you have any special requests. Please be aware that our penthouse is located in the heart of downtown Newport right next door to the Blues Cafe and above Bar and Board Bistro which occasionally has live music and closes at 1am so there is potential for noise.

Not bad apartment
Lots and lots of noise. Fun location though. Nice space, decent rooms. Terrible communication with host Jacob which caused me tons of stress. Check in day and I had no details whatsoever from him and he didn’t answer for hours. Luckily the guy Jim who works at the restaurant saved the day on several occasions. Wouldn’t stay here again.
