Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were wonderful, pool is lovely, location is out of Naxos town but the bus stop is outside the front door and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend hotel!!

Beautiful hotel
I have been fortunate to stay at this hotel several time and have always been treated amazingly by all the staff they are always happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are beautiful with spacious bathrooms. The pool area is very relaxing with a nice pool bar with a very extensive range of cocktails which are lovely I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. However we were disappointed with our room. The floor was dirty with dust and food crumbs when we checked in and looked smaller than advertised. However we got used to it and it was much cleaner within a day or two. The children loved the bunk beds- which are a good use of space. The mattresses were old and hard. The bedding and towels were fine. The only other concern we had was the children's pool which was dirty. There was lots of sand and other debris on the bottom and there was a lot of hair and dead flies floating round in the pool. It looked like other guests had noticed the same and so the pool was not used by other guests either. Overall the hotel is nice but perhaps a little more maintenance and some upgrades to mattresses etc and this could be so much better.

nice hotel not near the beach. you need transport
hotel definitely not 4 starts, rooms appearance very cheap, bathroom was not clean satisfactory, and what they offer its just bed and breakfast. no entertainment at all the is a small bar by the pool with music and thats it. nothing for the night or day no shows no games absolutely nothing. by that i mean if i wanted just a room to sleep i can get an apartment and not a 4 star hotel.

Dirty rooms, no bus transfer free water (standard practice in Greek islands), useless advice, not friendly, not accommodating. They turned our air con off. Wifi didn't work. Safe didn't work. We left with bites...wondering about the quality of the mattresses.

Nice rooms, clean swimming pool. Yiannis at the front desk, Marco and Angela at the bar were very friendly and helpful. The only minus was that due to our late arrival on 2350, the driver of the hotel transfer bus (who is a relative of the owner) refused to transfer us from the port to the hotel although we sent an email to the hotel 24hours before.

Calling it a 4 star is a joke
This hotel is reasonably close to the beach (still a short bus ride), but quite far from anything else. The property itself is beautiful, spanning lush gardens and a nice sprawling pool. The rooms are a different story. The A/C hardly worked (as it was over 30 degrees it was very uncomfortable), the wifi does not work in the room, the beds are uncomfortable and the room is generally 'worn out'. It may be cheaper than the other 4 stars in Naxos, but that is because it should not be listed as a 4 star. I would only stay here if the rate was super cheap. The breakfast was nice however, not fantastic, but nice. I switched for the second night to the Porto Naxos and it was a much better hotel.

Nice big rooms
Overall a quiet nice hotel. Our room was bigger than needed with a loarge bedroom a separate living area and bathroom. We had a television in both our bedroom as well as the living room and a balcony with a nice view of Naxos town as Ag, Georgios Bay. The hotel is nice and clean the only complaint would be that the toilet seat is not properly attached to the bowl so it moves. Breakfast is this hotels biggest let down! The hot food is luke warm at best and honestly looks like you'd feed it to your dog, while their orange juice is cordial. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk along the beachfront into Naxos town or a 20 minute walk to Ag. Prokipus, there is a local bus stop just out the front of the hotel running every 15 minutes and plenty of cabs.

Definitely not a palace
This hotel is much further out from the town and tourist areas than we thought. The internet connection was absolutely terrible (one of the reason we chose it in the first place) so it was difficult to do any work. The lobby was very hot to work in (where there was very slow internet access). The restaurant closed at 9pm even though the signs in the rooms said 10pm. Very loud music was played starting at 8am from the pool bar. They appeared to only have one cd of popular early 90s love songs (and all covers) that was continually played throughout the day, everyday. If you stayed at the pool for 2-3 hours you would hear the same songs 3-4 times. The family room we stayed in had one double bed and one fold out bed that was smaller than a single bed. The best thing about this hotel was its large sized shower.

Naxos Palace, great pool, great staff, a must stay
For a 4* hotel on a small Greek Island, I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. I was there with my family for 10 days. The staff are excellent, from reception, to bar, to cleaners - nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect, situated half way between naxos town and Plaka beach and there is a bus stop right out side the hotel reception where bus goes to the beach or to town every 20 minutes. Loads of car parking space for quads and buggy (use Fun Rides in Naxos - fantastic guys). Pools are spotless and well maintained. I travel every week to 5* hotels worldwide and am used to receiving good service, my girlfriend works in hotel industry as VIP Customer relations so we are hard to please, Naxos Palace did not disappoint. This is a very well run hotel and we will certainly stay there again. Hope this helps anyone reading to make a decision. The picture on the website does not do the hotel justice at all - it nearly put me off, but glad we went.

Mycket bra service, enda negativa var att städpersonal ibland glömde lämna handdukar/toalettpapper. Mycket lugnt och fint läge på promenadavstånd från butiker och vackra sandstränder. Poolen var ren och välskött, rummet var fantastiskt.

Φανταστικό!!!
Από που ν αρχίσω! Εξαιρετικό σε όλα του! Άνετα, ήσυχα και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια με καθημερινή υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Παρά πολύ γευστικό κ πλήρες πρωινό. Τεράστιες καθαρές πισίνες, μια μεγάλη, μια λίγο μικρότερη με βάθος 80 εκατοστών για παιδιά σε ξεχωριστό χώρο από τη μεγάλη για να μην ενοχλούνται ούτε οι μεν ούτε οι δε. Υπάρχει ακόμα ένα μεγάλο τζακούζι καθώς και ένα pool bar με ωραιότατα κοκτέιλ. Επίσης το γυμναστήριο με το χαμάμ ήταν πολύ καλά! Αυτό που θέλω να τονίσω είναι η ευγένεια, η εξαιρετική συμπεριφορά και η τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει άνετο πάρκινγκ αλλά και η θέση του είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μεταξύ χώρας και Αγίου Προκοπίου. Περάσαμε πραγματικά αξέχαστα! Ραντεβού του χρόνου!!!!

Naxos Palace est clairement une supercherie ! Il n’a clairement pas sa place dans le listing des hotels 4 étoiles de votre site (à part si ils vous paient bien !!! ;) ) Une chambre sans internet à partir de 18h, de l eau chaude aléatoire et une isolation exhaustive n’est même pas digne d’un hotel 1 etoile ! Petit déjeuné somme toute sommaire et à fuire par le traitement laborieux des employés qui vous font oublier qui est le client !! Je suis très mécontent par cette experience qui est de loin la pire que j ai vécu sur votre site !!!!

La peor estancia en Naxos! El seevicio, lento y se ponen a gritar. Las habitaciones sucias, el wifi no funciona paranada y para recargar los telefonos moviles lento a mas!. La piscina sucia, el desayuno no que decir todo seco, muy pobre y demoran un mundo, solo tienen a una prrson en elbar, el chico ( el unico amablr), hacia lo que podia. Con lo de sostenibilidad, no tienen idea de nada!. No separan la basira, udan mucho plastico y limpisn con lejia. En general el lugar no es recomendable. Por el precio que se paga! No vayan a ese hotel!

Το δωμάτιο αρχικά δεν είχε μαξιλάρια και το ένα βράδυ ήρθαν μυρμήγκια πάνω στο κρεβάτι. Το φαγητό δεν ήταν αντίστοιχο τεσσάρων αστερων ξενοδοχείο. Ωστόσο η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καλή, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και η τοποθεσία όμορφη.

Ruhiges Hotel in Stadt- und Strandnähe
Wir waren als Paar dort und haben insgesamt wenig Zeit im Hotel verbracht. Dieses ist allerdings sehr schön angelegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Einrichtung der Zimmer (bis auf das eher verkommene Badezimmer) und der Pool. Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer, nachdem wir nur ein paar Reiswaffelkrümel auf dem Boden liegen lassen haben. Das Hotelpersonal wusste hier auch keine Lösung. Die Zimmer an der Straße (hatten wir zuerst) sind wegen der Lautstärke nicht zu empfehlen, jedoch haben wir auf Nachfrage ohne Aufpreis ein viel besseres im Inneren der Anlage bekommen. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr enttäuschend (zu dem sonstigen Essensangebot kann ich nichts sagen, da wir außerhalb essen waren). In die Stadt gelangt man umsonst mit Hotelshuttle, an den Strand mit dem öffentlichen Bus oder man mietet sich so wie wir ein Quad. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, weil die Insel Naxos viel zu bieten hat.

Το Ξενοδοχείο είχε ωραίους εξωτερικούς χώρους με μεγάλη πισίνα και ωραία θέα στην πόλη και στη θάλασσα.Η ποιότητα υπηρεσιών που πρόσφερε όμως δεν ήταν υψηλές.Το πρωινό μέτριο και ο καφές απαράδεκτος.

Hotel auf Naxos in Strandnähe
Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Einzelgebäuden, die sich um die schöne Poolanlage (2 Pools mit Poolbar) gruppieren. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und haben eine eigene Terrasse oder Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist vielfältig, leider ist der Saft nicht sehr gut (Sirupmischungen). Der Essensraum ist recht stickig und im Buffettraum geht es meistens sehr gedrängt zu. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt viel Extra Service: Abholung am Hafen gegen Gebühr, freies WLAN (nicht besonders schnell), Autovermietung direkt über das Hotel (sehr unkompliziert und recht günstig), Möglichkeit auf Halbpension aufzustocken (15 Euro pro Person), kostenloser Shuttle in die Stadt nach Voranmeldung zu festen Zeiten, Busticketverkauf an der Rezeption Zum Strand Agios Proskopios kann man zu Fuß laufen (800m) oder mit dem öffentlichen Bus fahren, der direkt vor der Haustür hält (1,80 Euro/ Person und Fahrt) Zur Plaka und zu Agios Anna oder in die Stadt fährt der Bus.

Καλημερα σας.Καταρχας το δωματιο δεν ηταν αυτο που επελεξα μεσα απο το σαιτ σας ειχα επιλεξει διπλο κρεββατι και 2 μονα και οχι ημιδιπλο και κουκετα.Το δωματιο δεν αξιζει για 135 την βραδυα.πολυ μικρο.Λυπαμαι πολυ αλλα ουτε το σαιτ σας ουτε το ξενοδοχειο θα το συστησω σε αλλο ατομο.Περιμενω απο σας μια αποδειξη πληρωμης για το ξενοδοχειο που εμεινα για τις 10 μερες.
