It is close to the water and near some really good restaurants. It is a little bit of a walk to the touristy things, but the walk is along the water , so it's absolutely worth it.

mi spiace che non vi siate trovati bene ma purtroppo il cambio asciugamani non viene fatto il giorno dopo gratuitamente, ma,come scritto nei servizi, ogni tre giorni ,invece a pagamento in qualsiasi momento come vi ho spiegato. il rassetto della camera non comprende il cambio. Grazie comunque spero possiate ritornare

No one is home
We arrived at Savoy Rivera with no communication on how to get into the building. We arrived during hours that online said they were in the office. No one was there. We had to use the call system to call someone else in the building. Then we couldn’t leave again in fear we wouldn’t be able to get in again.

hi, I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding, but as specified in the arrival message at the time of booking, a valid telephone number must be communicated that allows us to contact the guest before check-in for all the information, plus always in the message automatically the telephone numbers of the structure are specified in order to be able to communicate with us.

The property is located on a main street of Rome, in the northern part of the city. Very walkable within 45 minutes of all the main sites and the walk is lovely. The host Luciano is very helpful.

Looks are deceiving, however, once inside the B&B, it’s all new and extremely clean. The beautiful young lady that showed me my room told me the the building was built in 1800 and that the Savoy was made back in February. So it’s basically all new. I’d definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem
This is really a bit of a find. When we checked in, there was some construction going on out front, a new trolley station, and we wondered about the neighborhood. As it turned out, not to worry. The place has double shutter doors so it was absolutely quiet and dark in the room. There are only four rooms, so you get real personal attention. The building is residential, too, and there is a lot of security. Beyond that, the location is a surprise. A couple of short blocks to the Bay of Naples. Or walk the other way to an upscale neighborhood with a pizza chef rated One of Best In Italy by NY Times. Across the street is a fresh market. In front of the hotel is a taxi stand. Breakfast is included, pensione style and the manager is a lovely lady happy to make coffee to order. What's not to like?

Buon compromesso
Buona struttura in una bella posizione, vicinissima alla passeggiata al mare. Struttura esternamente non “interessante” ma internamente di recente ristrutturazione. Camera ampia e seppure su lato strada ben insonorizzata. Ecco forse darei una rinfrescata al bagno, si vede che è’ relativamente nuovo ma alcuni dettagli denotano un po’ di trascuratezza (scarico piatto doccia un po’ rallentato, calcare Sul bordo del box doccia, piano del lavabo da sistemare). Sufficientemente la colazione La differenza la fa sicuramente Claudia presente, cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e se dovessi tornare a Napoli tornerò qui sicuramente.

Struttura collocata in uno stabile storico ma purtroppo non tenuto benissimo. In ogni caso il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Cordialità e pulizia sono fiori all'occhiello. Arredi tenuti benissimo. La sala della colazione è un po' piccola, ma molto carina. Presterei maggiore attenzione proprio per la colazione, giusto qualche piccola accortezza nella varietà dei prodotti offerti. E' comunque una struttura che mi sento di consigliare per chi soggiorna a Napoli.

Struttura dall'esterno datata interno della stanza minimal ma moderno bagno grande colazione senza varietà di pietanze dolci insalate , pecca maggiore doccia non proprio pulita e alcune macchie sui copriletti e sulle federe. Il Savoy Riviera è una struttura gradevole, ben ubicata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Una location ottimale per visitare, molto vicina alla stazione della metropolitana.

Room spacious with nice design but....... cleanliness 2/5 Check in services 0/5( l was waiting outside the hotel/apartment for 20') The area is awful (that's not hotels fault) not clean,not quiet.... Breakfast 1/5, bad bad bad.... Parking..... close parking area,50m from the hotel but unfriendly staff and 15 Euro for one night for a motorbike. Not good value for money. Not recommended.

Ihana hotelli lähellä rantakatua.
Aivan ihanassa paikassa, lähellä merta. Tosi rauhallinen alue. Huone oli tosi siisti, ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja sängyt oli hyväkuntoisia. Suosittelen kyllä hotellia. Aamupala oli pieni, mutta täyttävä. Kävelymatka rannalle ja nähtävyyksille.

Siamo arrivati alle 12:15 abbiamo suonato e nessuno ha risposto, chiamo al telefono e mi dicono che il check-in e’ alle 15 mentre sulla prenotazione c’e Chiaramente scritto alle 12, ci Fanno il favore di entrare prima, entriamo nessuno che ci accoglie e viene a prendere le valigie dobbiamo salirle a piedi per 2 piani o con l’ascensore pagando 20 cent a volta! Alla fine entriamo nel b&b la ragazza che ci accoglie ci da la ricevuta del pagamento Con una somma sulle 60 euro mentre noi abbiamo pagato più di 90 euro su Expedia, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che c’e Stato un errore e che 60 euro erano troppo pochi per una camera per tre e che anzi noi dobbiamo dare 7,50 euro per le tasse della regione! Resterà un dilemma quanto dovevamo realmente pagare! Pulizia buona! Colazione ni!

Finaste och största rummet jag nånsin bott i. Mycket fint i övrigt på boendets allmänna ytor. Mycket bra frukost och god service. Svårt att hitta hotellet som är gömd och området kring ok att promenera runt. Fin utsikt mot Neapel från hamnpromenaden. Nära till färjor, ta en tur till Ischia, magisk ö.
