We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant wonderfull. We walked to the historic area and around seaport. Our room was comfy. The sheets were not as soft as in other hotels, but it dd not bother me at all.

Always happy when I get to Naples. I know I'll be staying here every time. The staff is 5s and another bar above the rest. The hotel is beautiful. The food is excellent. You simply cannot go wrong with this hotel.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful property. The service and personal are 5 star. The breakfast was perfect. Can't recommend enough. It is our go to when staying in Napoli.

An Unforgettable Experience
We are so glad we splurged on this hotel for our four-night stay over Christmas. The hotel is beautiful and elegant and our room faced the sea. We had a gorgeous Christmas Eve dinner in the Caruso penthouse restaurant, lovely cocktails and aperitivi in the downstairs bar and enjoyed gracious service from the staff. My best hotel experience ever!

If there are 6 stars I would give it to Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It has old world charm and elegance with amazing staff that were professional, kind and friendly. The roof top for sunset apertivo is AMAZING. The bedding was top rate, something I am very fussy about. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

We only stayed for a night at the end of our travels but we wish we could have stayed for longer! The hotel has an amazing location right on the water, and the rooftop is not to be missed. Friendly staff helped us with taxis and a very early checkout. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we could need. We feel lucky to have found this hotel as it is a gem! We can't wait to visit again in the future.

Nice reception from front desk. However standard facilities were only available upon request eg tea/coffee tray, swimming pool access which meant you needed to contact reception but long delay in answering phone. 3 members of staff needed to bring kettle, tea tray and then adapter for kettle which didn’t even work! Another wasted 30 minutes of listening to an engaged tone on the phone trying to call reception. Expect more from a 5 star hotel. Bathroom and overall facilities needs to be modernised. Average breakfast. Great location.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful and the staff was top notch. We had a king room, which was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The rooftop bar and views were spectacular. The hotel is centrally located to popular tourist stops and also the marina. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you enjoy being pampered!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Amazing pool and relaxation area (reservations mandatory, but worth it). Lovely breakfast- lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Gorgeous rooftop bar- the views and service were ideal. Top notch service.

Overall a great hotel with friendly and professional staff! The restaurant was excellent and the service was top-notch. Only minor complaint is the bedsheets were a little scratchy and not as soft as would be expected in a hotel of this statue.
