"Virtual check-in process with a door code for both the home and my room. Nice bed, television, and decently sized bathroom. This hotel is great for people who will be out and about and just need a spot to station themselves and belongings. Breakfast though, a solid 10 out of 10! "

"We really enjoyed this stay. I appreciated the ability to leave tips using a QR code but was misled by it in that it charged a service fee for using this system. This should disclosed in advance and if there is to be any fee, Best Western should pay it."

"The hotel itself worked great for our road trip. It was a nice location, walkable to many shops and restaurants, the pool was nice and the room was small but comfortable. It is an older building so a little creaky with thin walls and you can hear a lot of other guests quite clearly. Was a bit sad the spa was closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays but there are other spas in the area nearby."
