Beds should be replaced! The condo was a good size (2 bedrooms) and not far from the Market Commons District where our kid had a soccer tournament. The advertised price per night was right for a late spring weekend for which the beach wasn’t the focus. Otherwise we would not recommend it. Décor is dated and furnishings (queen bed in particular) due to be replaced. Several lightbulbs were burned out and some outlets didn’t work. Kitchen had no toaster. For such a short stay, amenities like paper towels, Kleenex, and coffee would have been very welcome! Instead, Elliott Realty charged us a cleaning fee is excess of one night’s stay. Appreciated Montana’s help with late check in after company failed to send us a lockbox
code.
