"This house is fantastic, the location is super close to town but away from others. You can still hear the traffic, but if you look up river, all you see is a stunning wetland river ecosystem and a sweet old railroad bridge. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck over the river, saw a pair of mallards, swans, Canada geese, a turtle and a water snake in just a short time frame. The house was comfortable, and meet our needs."

Lake Michigan Cabin
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (129)
"We loved the cabin. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy our whole stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the property other than having a coffee on the landing to the beach stairs the day we left. Very clean and cute. Only thing we would change is the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. We had a hard time sleeping as the mattress was so soft in the middle and pillows were super hard. Would happily rent again!"

"Always Summit worked out well for the out-of-town family visiting for our grandsons 2nd birthday! We had 5 adults and 1 fur baby staying for an extended weekend and we were very comfortable. Our host responded quickly with any question that we had, which weren’t many! The house was stocked with everything needed for our stay; plenty of linens, kitchenware, spices and some condiments in the fridge! Restaurants and shopping are very convenient to this property, we found some new favorites that we...

Cottage Bordering Hoffmaster State Park
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (74)
"This house should be booked all summer long! It was perfect for our party of 5, ranging from 11 to 80 years of age, plus our dog. Plenty of seating to host others for meals or a cocktail hour. The house was clean and well appointed inside and out. None of us detected any smell some other guests mentioned. The neighborhood is quiet and we had some nice chats while out for walks. The wooded walk to the lake was magical. Great dining and every convenience was a short drive away."
