“Great Value”
Of the hotels I looked at before booking here, this was the least expensive for a 4 star hotel. The hotel was older and probably not as plush as most American 4 star hotels, but it was very nice and the rooms comfortable. I had requested a handicap room and it was very accommodating for my needs, more so than most American hotels I have used. The room was large and easy to get around in using a wheelchair. My only complaint was that the room was very far from the lobby area. We took the breakfast option and I would highly recommend it. Its an excellent buffet with lots of good food and great service. Overall the stay there was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. Others have complained that they charge for internet service, and that was true of all the hotels I stayed at in Germany. And the charge is high, but similar to what you pay for a days service at a T-Mobile hotspot. I should also mention that the hotel is about one block from a train station. There is also a surcharge for parking (not cheap) but during the week its easy to find parking on the street in front of the hotel. Harder to find it on the weekends when the hotel is busier.
“Would definitely stay there on my next trip to Munich”
The hotel is easy to find and in a safe location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel yet I paid a low, affordable price.

“New Years in Munich”
Stayed here for New Years and were very satisfied. Plenty of free, safe street parking so no need to pay for the overpriced hotel parking garage. Short walk to train station where you can get a day ticket and ride all the public transportation. Short ride to downtown. Real convenience store across from train station in case you need supplies or breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly and everything was modern and clean. If you need Internet access it's quite expensive. Hotel bar was small but quaint. Great deal for the money.
“Perfect for any traveller not living in their room”
This was a great hotel to stay at for those who are not spending much time in their room, and if you are, there is a nice TV with channels from all around Europe and a balcony to enjoy! The hotel was very comfortable and cleanly and the service was very good. The little bar/restaurant downstairs might seem small and not a big place of attraction, but the service and food was surprisingly impressive! I would recommend this to any traveler staying in South Munchen.

Very nice Holiday Inn, close to the metro, nice restaurant, large rooms by European standards. I would go back.
“Nice hotel”
The rooms in the hotel were fairly large - especially for a European hotel. The positives were complementary coffee/tea and freshly baked croissants in the lobby every morning, clean rooms and decent location. Bathroom in our family room was a bit out-dated and in need of a new sink, otherwise no complaints. They seem to be very modest on giving out extra towels and toiletries, so you may have to buy yourself or bring your own conditioner and shower gel. Otherwise you'll have to use cheap generic one that works both as a shower gel and shampoo. Overall, good value hotel...
“Not a bad place to stay”
A half decent place to stay. Some of the staff went way above and beyone to help us out. Others could not be bothered with answering any of our questions or even acknowledging that we were standing right in front of them. It is very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around and see tons. It is located in a very quiet and safe residential part of Munich, which was wonderful. The rooms were kept extremely clean. For a family travelling to Munich, this is a wonderful place to stay!!
“Great stay”
A little far from major attractions (zoo, Hofbrau Haus, Deutches Museum) but room was clean and had comfortable beds. The desk staff was fluent in English. Breakfast is very expensive if not included in your room price (19 Euros per person). Loved the indoor pool with my 3 yr old. Good to have Real, Lidl and Aldi within walking distance and able to get groceries there. Plenty of street parking. Garage is available but expensive (13 Euro per day). We had a great stay there and recommend this hotel without reservation.
“Perfect Family Room to see Munich!”
We were very happy with the hotel and the breakfast that they offered. I would definitely go back again!
