“Will recommend to any and every one! Beautiful hotel! Beautiful staff!”

The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were at my beck and call, attending to my every need. the restaurants had the best food! I specially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. At the end of my stay, I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to go back!

“Excellent hotel, although not the best neighbourhood”

The Royal Orchid is excellent, although not much to look at from the outside. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms well maintained. The restaurant is fairly good and overall it's very good. The biggest downside is the location, near the truck terminus, which makes it a bit grotty outside. Taxi drivers seemed to have trouble finding it too. Overall though, very good and excellent value.

“Great value for money”

The Royal Orchid Grazia definitely offers great value for money. It is located conveniently close to Vashi's commercial center, and is just off Palm Beach Road. We were quite surprised by how comfortable the rooms were, and the amenities are quite top notch. The service staff was courteous and helpful, although they were clearly overwhelmed by the volume of requests coming in from the guests (we stayed there at New Year's eve).

“Good, but not Impressive..”

It’s a nicely done hotel, with reasonable good sized rooms. I like the room architecture wherein separate space has been made for writing table. Though I was not very much impressed with the bathroom, after a bath you can’t use it again “NO BATH CUBICLE”!!. Quality of Food was also ordinary..
