Beautiful property with great location in Patriot Point. Gated lot for parking, water taxi or shuttle to Charleston. Shrim and grits at adjacent restaurant was fantastic!
Beautiful property. Front desk was amazing from checkin to checkout. Free fresh coffee and daily ice cream in the lobby was a plus. Harborside views are beautiful. Loved that there were multiple on site bars and food options, the hours were just early and closed on some days of our trip. Two small drawbacks: super small bathroom in room and the satellite tv service was spotty, the hubby couldnt watch the nba games while we visited other than that we had a nice stay
The staff will go out of their way to try and meet your needs. They are very pleasant and always cheerful and enjoy their job. They are the true gem of this property.

This was the worst treatment I've ever had checking in a resort. I flew in on Breeze direct flight fr Lou Ky. I am requesting full refund and termination of Jonathan Busch office mgr. It was close to 2am, I prepaid my entire trip and do not use credit cards only debit. He refused to take denit or cash and told me he cant help it im a hillbilly fr KY w no money amd drunk. Im like NO im NOT drunk. Im very tired and had a traumatic brain injury jan 2024. I was polite and said can we pls chrck in. He was unbelievable and still said no. He wont let us check in w out credit card on file. I pray our encounter is on video tape. He continued to b rude to me all weekend. It was bizarre behavior. I'm filing a formal complaint w hotel owner. All the other staff was great. So hoping an isolated incident.

The original hotel building is older, needs some renovating but is very clean and very much still bookable. The different pool and food options on the resort was nice as well as being convenient to Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston.
Great location. Room and bedding were nice.
We were on an inland facing room and the parking area was extremely noisy at night. The food was not good quality.

Liked the location and proximity to marina, water taxi, USS Yorktown, restaurant and marina store. The walls in our room had a couple of dings in the paint, making it appear a bit shabby, but otherwise clean and fresh.
Our room smelled AWFUL! There was a sewer leak on the fourth and third floor. The patio had weed and trash. Multiple people made complaints for the smell and all they did was reimburse the resort fee as the facility was booked. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Loved the location near the marina easy access to downtown Charleston. However our room was small thought it would be larger. Had a room with a view but our room wasnt high enough to actually have a view. If we had a higher room would probably have been better. The elevators were out of service quite a bit with one of the only 2 elevators being out the entire stay. The staff were very courteous and the maid service was pretty good however they did frequently take our dirty towels and not return clean ones. The restaurant located on the property was dismal. The drinks we ordered didnt have the correct mix but was brought to us and charged without them telling us they were out of that particular liquor or ingrediants. The appetizers were either old or cooked too long the main course was tasteless though it did look good on presentation. Even the oysters were shucked messily full of dirt and grime and pieces of shell. Had much better and much cheaper oysters in downtown Charleston.

This property is attractive, but room very small. Ample closet and drawer space. Bathroom extremely small, toilet ridiculously low and shower very difficult to use.
Did not receive housekeeping services until requested on day 3.
Most disappointing was lack of places to charge technology. Outlets loose and inadequate.

Perfect for travelers with option to use hotel shuttle r water taxis
Soooo convenient
