Good location. I gave less than perfect score as my room was accessed twice by two people (two separate times, same day), both times i was in the room and had the inner latch on. Had this happened at night time or to a traveller with weak nerves, it would have been really bad. I guess my room was given to other guests while i was still checked in?! When i spoke to front desk, i got a half hearted apology.

Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We mistakenly booked 4 rooms for 3 nights (meant to book 3 days and 2 nights) and property would not refund us or credit us anything for the 3rd night even though we left 1 day early. That was extremely disappointing as it was quite a bit of money down the drain.

Check in staff were friendly and helpful when asked about directions in town. Parking was convenient and easy to get to. Parking to building and elevators was very convenient to carry luggage in and out.

This has the best pool / gym facility I have seen in a hotel. Located on the top floor, spacious with hot tub and saunas in each locker room. Gigantic windows give view of surrounding area and the mount. Excellent staff service.

Live up to Hilton Garden Inn standards. Parking is on the difficult side to navigate as it is relative narrow and the ramp is steeper than usual. Just need to be careful especially with oncoming traffic.

Everything is ok except that the water in the pool is not warm enough for me to swim, it’ll be nicer if the water is warmer. But overall is was a great stay.
