Our hotel room was clean/bed comfortable , the service and staff were accomodatring . The hotel is located almost next to where you want to go in terms of food , shopping and places to go unfortunately it was in the middle of numerous and almost too many construction of the city though no fault of the hotel but overall we enjoyed our 3 nights stay there.

Standing between 5 stars and this property is cleanliness and overall state of this relatively new hotel. The tub was not draining properly at all in our room, the floor was sticky and probably wasn’t mopped recently, and there was dust collecting on all surfaces other than tabletops/countertops. It’s such a good location, so the inadequate cleaning protocol is a shame. On the plus side, the staff are very polite and pleasant! The location is fantastic!! A walk to Notre-Dame Basilica and La Grand Roue, as well as good foods. Parking is plenty and safe; also appreciate the many EV slots. The on-site Tiramisu restaurant makes for a fantastic fine dine experience. Finally, breakfast at the lobby is very good and always plentiful.

Too much construction that blocked off easier access to dining etc. Homelessness is a real problem in the city and there is liter and garbage everywhere

The front desk asked me to use my credit card for a ca$500 deposit while I checked in. When I checked out, the front desk that the expedia will return the deposit to me within 3 business days. At check-out, a market item was charged and settled. The adjustment may take 3 to 5 business days (US/CAN) or for international Bank, up to 14 days to appear on your account. If you’ve stayed at a Hampton Inn before then you have an idea :) This was the first time in the Montreal Hampton Inn. The location is great, walking distance to most everything (except the famous bagel stores!). Room are good sized, clean, breakfast was yummy and the staff was friendly / helpful. The only negative was the “cover” on the comforter - it would not stay on. Other than that had a great stay and would stay again :)

It's at a very convenient spot, we stayed here without car rental (but they offer parking). Old Montreal, downtown and China town are all in walking distance and close proximity. Breakfast was great too. All of their reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. We had a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider this hotel on our next visits.

Every time I visit Montreal, I stay in this hotel. The hotel is clean, well mentioned and fresh. Their breakfast service is very nice. I always enjoy their breakfast buffet during my stay.
