Eric, I'm so sorry for your disappointment about your stay. I understand your disappointment about a couple of things that didn't work very good and I thank you for telling us. We have already replaced them. On the contrary, I found a little strange your disappointment about the furniture. Everything in the residence is the original furniture used by Fabroni family when they lived here more than 100 years old. All our guests appreciate and find it charming and we do our best to keep everything well maintained. Our breakfast too is really appreciate by our guests. We always serve a fresh and seasonal breakfast with a little bit of everything both sweet and savory among which fresh croissants, jams, pecorino cheese and cold cuts, eggs. I don't really know what it is missing in our breakfast. Regarding the flight of stairs, all the guests are aware of this because it is written in all the websites and every time I receive a reservation it is my concern to remind it to all my guest. We are in an historical palace dating back to the XVII century and of course we don't have a lift but the four flight of stairs worth it for the charming of our palace and the breathtaking view you can enjoy from our roof terrace. I'm sorry you didn't even appreciate our terrace. We are in the main street of the historical town, it's inevitable to hear a little bit of noise during the day, but we are very high and this has never bothered our guest. On the contrary, our roof terrace is the most appreciate place of our residence. We always do our best to make our guest feel at home and enjoy an unforgettable experience. Estimada Lina, lamento que haya malentendido las cosas. Nosotros queriamos saber su horario de llegada porque debido a que es un bed and breakfast no tenemos la recepcion abierta las 24 hs, por lo cual era importante para nosotros estar alli para cuando ustedes llegaran, y asi poder brindarles la mejor atencion. Tambien les he solicitado si podian enviarme la foto del servicio que habian pagado ( ese servicio hace mucho tiempo que no lo ofrecìamos) debido a que en ese momento yo no podia verlo ya que no estaba en la oficina. Le explicado tambièn que el parking esta fuera del bed and breakfast pero muy cerca, porque estamos en centro històrico y no se puede aparcar en la puerta. Debo destacar que cuando la he llamado, apenas inicio la conversaciòn usted hablò muy enojada y casi gritando diciendo que les habian vendido habitaciòn con estacionamiento, por lo cual le explicado lo que comentè con anterioridad. Es muy importante escuchar sin agredir para que lo que se intenta comunicar se entienda correctamente. Ademàs les he dicho que el desayuno lo tenian incluido, que no se preocupen por el parking, que me envien la foto de lo que compraron ( que me enviaron muchisimo tiempo despues) y que iban a recibir lo que estaba incuido sin ningun problema, incluso cuando han llegado les hemos dado una bebida de bienvenida. Es importante destacar que han pagado la habitacion con un 50 % de descuento del precio normal y aun asi recibieron todo. Por ese motivo considero que siempre se puede hablar bien y con respeto, mas aun si el personal llama con la intenciòn de que ustedes lleguen bien, tengan una buena estadia. Ademas accedemos a darles los servicios aun cuando todavia no nos habian enviado las fotos de comprobante. Le deseamos mucha paz
