This is a very nice hotel. We loved the big covered porch to sit out on. The room was clean and big. The only reason I did not give this hotel an excellent rating is because the pool area and the pool needed cleaned. The jacuzzi was not hot and also needed cleaned. There was cool water coming out of the jacuzzi jets. The breakfast was very good there were many options to choose from. We also liked that there was coffee 24/7. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Overall really good. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Not sure if there are quiet hours but there were kids running rampant until about midnight. Not sure you can knock the hotel for terrible guests. But overall nice and good location.

Great looking hotel but poorly managed. Beautiful place that is going to be gross if someone doesn't start maintaining it. The jacuzzi water was lukewarm, it had a weird smell, and it had sand in the water. I've stayed there twice and both times, it's over booked and there's kids running around everywhere. Breakfast was out of everything and when I asked for bread, the employee was rude and said she's trying and she'll get to it when she can. Not prepared at all. When we checked in, the employee was rude and complained how about how much he hated expedia because of the VIP program. The bartender was also rude and uninterested in serving us. He was too busy chatting with the people at the bar. He seemed annoyed to help us. The chairs in the commons areas are hard and the cushion is gone so very uncomfortable. The water had fake lemons in it so that was weird, too.

Beautiful facilities. Location is convenient and within walking distance of the river, restaurants and attractions. Reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles, but was comfortable and worked for us. 3 people called off work that morning so no hot breakfast options, staff was trying his best to accommodate everyone.

It was a busy hotel the night we stayed but our room on the 4th floor was clean, quiet & comfortable. The location was great, right on the riverwalk, near the convention center & amongst a number of large hotels. After a full day of driving, we enjoyed a stroll, a drink & dinner nearby. The hotel also provides breakfast that is better than most. Lovely. I would gladly stay here again.

I couldn’t check into the hotel until after 3 o’clock and then check out was by 11 so I didn’t get 24 hours in this hotel that I paid $250 a night for I was right outside the pool with children and had a bunch of grown men waving at my daughters through the windows and then The noise in the room was absolutely ridiculous. We were outside the pool so everybody was there till midnight and then after that, they were running around the halls throwing balls on the walls smoke alarm went off at 11:30.so now everybody in my room is awake then you could hear someone vacuuming at 3 AM. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life for $250. I think I need a refund.

They were really busy, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, that meant when my room was not necessarily up to their standards (damaged locks, fire alarm issues, etc), there were no other options. The staff was very friendly and helpful as much as they were able to be and discounted the room for the trouble. Lots of children making noise late into evening so it’s definitely a family-friendly hotel :-)

The staff failed to address an issue with some very loud guests and their extended friends who were either staying in other rooms or exciting and re-entering the room adjacent to ours on the 3rd floor constantly between 10pm and 3.50am. The 'Moose Room.'. These guests went outside at around 3am and had a very loud argument that I am certain other guests were woken up by.
