The service at the front desk was excellent the problem was that when I was getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the covers and I found bedbugs an hairs (I took a video of them crawling on our beds) I called the front desk when they finally answered they wanted me to come and pick up clean sheets so that I can change them myself but I refused. They finally came half an hour later and I showed him the bedbugs and the hairs They offered to give me a new room but by then it was 1:00 a.m all we wanted was to go to bed but the noise outside was unbearable, people yelling, screaming running back-and-forth in the hall and outside. We try our best to try to rest for a few hours. The next morning when we were checking out I asked to speak to the manager but conveniently the manager wasn’t there after asking a few times for business card with the managers name they gave it to me. I called three times but he was never there so I gave up. They still charge me full price on my rooms and they offer no credit or anything I would definitely not recommend this hotel and for Expedia to have them listed under their website which is what I use a lot I’m very disappointed.
