Hello Nicole, I do understand how frustrating the situation regarding your reservation can be. However, considering the entirety of the situation, we do believe our decision to be fair. A refund was not issued because of several factors . The reservation made was one with a non refundable policy attached and was the refund was not requested until after the check out date . Therefore the reserved room was held for the entire night, and we were unable to rent that room out to another guest . If a request for refund would have been requested at any time prior to check in, we would have been able to process a refund.
Very clean and quiet place to stay. Also it is convenient. Everything I needed was close by and in walking distance. The manager is very sweet, helpful and polite. I watched her speak to many customers and she really went above and beyond to help them with what they needed. I will absolutely be staying here again!
Property very run down. Dirty sheets and towels. Tv has old satellite system with only 4 channels. Fixtures in the room old. They required a $60 CASH deposit upon checking in. Heavy weed smell when walking around outside.
On the plus side there’s an old dog walking around the property, which was cute

I apologize for the condition of your room. Any dissatisfaction brought to our attention would have been addressed immediately. The room condition described is not acceptable, we would have upgraded your room free of charge. I also apologize for other guests smoking in non designated smoking areas. The designated smoking area is at the very front of the hotel near the grass. If the front desk attendant is not watching the cameras at the time of a guest smoking elsewhere, and if another guest does not alert them then there is little we can do to resolve the issue.However, we do not have satellite, we have Comcast cable T.V. and it comes with a surplus amount of channels. A great feature the cable box offers is the ability to mirror your phone, as well as use Netflix and several other popular apps. We appreciate you for taking the time to leave anhonest feedback. Hello Callie! We appreciate every honest review but we were shocked to see this one. Cancelation was requested shortly after check in, after the room had been occupied.It was a non refundable reservatoin at this point, and the room had to be completely sanitized before being rented to another guest. However considering the reason for the request was beyond anyones comtrol, we did give a full refund.Shortly after we realized that all of our towes were taken from the room upon departure.
Advertising photos very misleading.
I had a late check in and didn't bother to ask to see the room before checking in.
The inside the room everything smelt like cigarette smoke and the smell was stuck on my clothes the next day.
Because the carpet was dark I didn't notice the dirty socks and underwear someone left on the floor under the AC unit until about midnight. By this time I already had a beer and didn't want to be on the road with alcohol on my breath so I planned to talk to the front desk in the morning.
I had not pulled back the shower curtain until I got up in the morning and noticed there was some kinda goop on the floor of the shower. I am guessing it was some kind of silicone patch to cover up a large crack or hole. This was no small patch and was about the size of an envelope for a letter. Needless to say we didn't feel comfortable to shower there.
After talking to the front desk about checking out and just paying for the one night instead of the 5 nights planned they refused but did offer a $10 credit.
I planned to stay 5 nights but checked out just after 1 night. Hotel dot com staff was of not help either. So I paid for 5 nights, almost $600 but only stayed 1 night.
IMO it is fraud to show pictures and to be given something that is in much worse condition.
If you are afraid of dogs there was a pit bull that was wondering freely on the property, my guess a pet of management staff.
The closer we looked at everything the worse things got. See photos.

Hello Maximino, I want to give you a sincere apology for the condition of your room. What you described is completely unacceptable. Although I do believe a refund would have been appropriate, considering everything you just detailed, the hotel does a have a strict refund policy and therefore was unable to give you one. I do, however, remember giving you the option to move to an upgraded room that was in satisfactory condition but it was declined. Some of our rooms are upgraded, while others are not yet. All of which are posted online to accurately represent the hotel. A wondering dog was not reported to the front desk, and so was not handled accordingly.

Old, no one behind the desk, no remote control for T.V . and when I called, I got no answer. only had to double beds instead of queen size.. Very disappointing. No breakast in the a.m. I would certainly never stay here again.

I personally remember checking you in Saturday night, you had requested a queen size bed but we were unable to accommodate you because your reservation was for a room with two double beds. Being completely booked, it was too short of notice to switch your room. If I am not present at front desk there is a doorbell that, when pushed, will alert me of a guest needing assistance. We must have just missed paths.Lastly, I apologize for the inconvenience but we have not served breakfast since covid and it is posted prior to booking with us. Again, I apologize for your stay with us being anything less than satisfactory.

Nice Old School Motel
Nice Old School one story motel. Quiet and for the most part clean.,but over due for deep clean. AC was the Bomb. Turned it on and 20 sec. Later you had cold air on the other side of the room.

I was moved to four different rooms before there was on that was clean and had a toilet that wasn’t backed up. Then, even in a ‘clean’ room, I had flea bites all over the next day.

The price was good. The room smelled strongly of weed. There was no light by the bed. In the morning there was a dying cockroach on the carpet near the bathroom.
I will not go back. Sorry.

We were disappointed that a hotel charging a 4 star price had so little amenites. There was not even a closet to hang our dress clothes in. The room was very clean and housekeeping was courteous and helpful. It was advertised this hote had breakfast available, but they did not. When arriving in town the local city guide had this hotel listed at $99 per night. We will NEVER stay here again or use hotels.com in the future. We were charged $150 for this room and it wa only worth th $99 price quoted in the city information on where to stay.

Upon looking at your reservation, I see that it was the second of two .The first had been canceled and was considerably cheaper . However when reserved for the second time, nightly prices had increased due to the higher demand for those dates (it was rodeo weekend ).Our pricing is comparable to similar properties in the area and we feel we provide good value given our central location. Would not stay there again, rooms are smelly, towels are old, did not have extra pillows, shower water changes temperature randomly, tv remote not working, avoid if u can, if you going cheap motel 6 is a bit better (not a lot tho)

Room was awful; paper thin walls, mold in bathroom, severe leak at sink, pet hair on carpet, door did not seal, room placement near dumpster and highway. Ice machine was not functional.

I apologize for your experience here at the Holiday Motel. I want to assure you that the rowel you found was clean. It may seem random, but every now and again we have to defrost the freezer that has been frozen over. A towel is placed at the bottom of the fridge to absorb all the water . It should been taken out after the defrost was finished.Soap should have also been in your room prior to your arrival/ A quick phone call to the front desk, and we would have gladly taken care of both those issues. Again, I apologize for these inconveniences and hope you choose to stay with us again!
The inside of the room was very dated. Everything looked like it was original from the 80s. Shower was in need of upgrading. Was overpriced for what you got.

The motel is a small property but small should not be indicative of bad shape and disgusting. Room smelled like someone was smoking in there and towels in the bathroom were dirty
Staff was friendly. Parking was kind of tight. Big cars, small parking spots.
Room was clean, great air flow.
Pool looked refreshing
Just the pesky flies.
I would stay again.
