Parking in this area can be annoying. No parking lot and it’s downtown Missoula so just be prepared for that. The hotel and staff are nice, Marriot policies are outdated and pretentious. They don’t accept talk to pay and they won’t allow split payments at check in. Very annoying and inconvenient. Very nice hotel otherwise.

While we are sorry we don't have a dog park like you were hoping, we are delighted you were impressed with our wonderful accommodations and had a great time overall. The room was really nice size. Water went all over the floor while taking a shower. Our view was of the alley and dumpsters. The trash trucks emptied the dumpsters at 7:00 am on Monday and woke us up. The “happy hour” at the bar charged us $20 for two basic drinks because the manager who checked us in and told us that it was happy hour didn’t know that there is no happy hour on Saturday. We paid $27 per day for parking and then found out that there is free parking in the local garages on the weekends. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in Missoula.

Would have been nice to have transparency on the $100 fee for dogs. Made our one night stay pretty expensive. He’s a well behaved senior dog who sleeps all the time. I can see a charge for damages. But pet fees, esp this high should be clarified in rental agreement. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms are hot regardless of air on.

We have stayed many times. We love the proximity to good restaurants and the walkability of downtown. Fabulous bartender at the hotel bar, (Friday) always remembers us and welcomes us back.

Clean new hotel that is relatively quiet although my spouse noticed the street noise when we slept. I kept getting woke up by the heater 3 beeps before it would kick on. Great brunch. Upscale atmosphere.

Nice place but I cannot get over opening my window shades and seeing ugly graffiti on the building across the street. Unless that gets taken care of, I would not return.

one of the best hotels i have every been to, this hotel raises the bar for the competition. The interiors, rooms were modern and top notch quality, i felt like staying there for days. This is an amazing surprise from Residence inn, never seen this level of quality hotels in US.
