"The hotel needs more inventory of their carts to transport luggage. Packed house but not enough carts. A lot of people were waiting for one and ended up manually taking things out. My family being one. Other than that, I was very pleased with the hotel. "

"I like the self fact the receptionist checked in with us prior to our arrival to confirm our reservation wouldnt ve cancelled. I liked how she (Heather) assigned is to a clean room so when we made it we were able to check in. From there, i havent experienced a problem. "

"Well maintained , good customer service , pool was nice and proximity to the outlet mall and places to eat is great! Nice comfy bed. The A/C took a while to cool the room but it was comfy overall ."

"The stay was good. What I did not like was we stay there 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping NEVER came in our room. We had to go empty our trash can in our room. We had to ask for towels each day we were there. The front desk people were very helpfull."
