The staff were amazing, very easy check in and check out, rooms were clean and comfortable, property is awesome .. great views and easily accessible. The only reason for 4 star for facilities is that when i took my son swimming i wanted to relax in the hot tub, it had so much organic matter built-up on walls and it it looked like someone poured bubble bath in it. Besides that everything was excellent!

Was clean and comfortable. Beds really comfy. Could use a bit brighter lighting in the room. Had to turn on all lamps to be adequately lit. Staff provided excellent service, restaurant had really good food. Beautiful views.

Check in could improve ,the clerk ignored me for 5-7 minutes while talking to an old colleague.Dining experience at the restaurant was disappointing,service was very slow and the food was cold, however once we sent it back to be heated ,the food was delicious

Very comfortable clean room! I have nice view of the river. Awesome sunset! Only little downer was the restaurant does not serve breakfast after 11 even on the weekends. We found it early for brunch to be over. So we went to eat somewhere else.

The staff here are friendly, helpful and always smiling. The restaurant has excellent food, eating by the river with the huge windows is relaxing and beautiful! Rooms are clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay.
Great stay. Nice big room. Made use of pool hot tub & gym. Ate at the in house restaurant for breakfast, great price great food. This is my go to hotel when in the area.

The hotel was overrun by families attending a sports event and they allowed their kids to play street hockey in the corridors with groups of parents drinking partying in the public corridors.....the restaurant was chaotic......a complete disastet and we will never patronize another Rodd again. And we will spread the word.....

Went there to relax during the holidays as i had work a lot prior to this and was exhausted. We planed on staying longer but changed our mind the second night as we went to bed early but it was so noisy people screaming in the hallway and outside our door way passed 11 pm i had a headache from all the noise almost packed up and left in the middle of the night
