Sorry, but it is bad bad bad! AC doesn’t work and the heat is just impossible. Too old and the o oh good thing, was the guy st the front desk trying to resolve things. But wasn’t able because of the hotels poor condition.

Be careful when booking this hotel
One of the worst stays. The A/C was broke and it was hot in Milan. The manager said that they were trying to fix it but it never happened, there were no fans also. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody. We asked for a partial refund but the manager never obliged. Please be careful when booking this hotel.

It's a reasonable hotel and considering its location, it is absolutely impeccable in terms of value for money and staff are very nice and helpful - however, the rooms are quite small and the general feeling you get from them and from the hotel as a whole is of a rather outdated place; lifts are tiny, too. Overall decent enough hotel

Nice and comfortable stay. Big and clean rooms. its a good location and well connected. Close to shops. Carrefour is closeby and comfortable for quick needs. They didnt provide me a kettle but overall it was nice.

The staff and location were fabulous. Very helpful, pleasant, went out of their way to assist us. Always had someone who could communicate in English. Hotel a bit older but so is Italy and part of the experience. Bed was very comfortable and I have a bad back. Absolutely would stay again!!

I had a great stay at this hotel.
The Hotel Lloyd is a nice hotel with a polite and helpful staff. Good location near Milan’s historic center. The room was compact but comfortable. Very convenient for walking and public transportation. I’ve attached a photo of the lovely view from my room’s window. I did not dine at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but there are many excellent dining options nearby. I would happily stay there again.

Nice enough place on a great location
Great location, you can walk to the central square in 10 mins. The hotel is a little dated and the place could use a decent refurbishment, but it's clean and the beds are comfortable.

Decent location
Hotel was at a decent location as distance to Milan Duomo and main shopping area only takes about 7~10 mins. there is also a convenience store 2 shops down. Overall.... Hotel room cleanliness was ok, no stench... A/C and TV is abit old and needs upgrading

Good location, tired hotel
My bed was rock hard, the room was boiling hot and although I turned the thermostat down (central heating, no AC) I had to have window open. However being central Milan and although not facing the street it was very noisy at night and even on the 5th floor I could smell diesel from trucks and buses in the room. I also got bitten 4 times by mosquitoes (in April!)

Solid, affordable, centrally located
Centrally located with friendly staff, we had a pleasant stay. Affordable, clean, and comfortable I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget in Milan.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Very basic room, tiny breakfast area and very poor bar that closed very early.

dont came to this hotel ...
DONT CAME TO THIS HOTEL ... 1. THE breakfast is poor , and most of the food are old ( 2-4 days about ) 2.The worker in breakfast is looking on every move u are do with the food , and say u " forbidden" Like he is a guard in prison ! 3.Also , i have seen my eyes how the manager of hotel was order a police....... To 1 client that was insist to stay till 13.00 pm after the hotel insist u will go out in 10.00 pm .... 4. The room is very poor

10 minute walk to the Duomo
10 minute walk to the Duomo so good central location. Good value for money. Room was comfortable. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was correct. I would stay here again given the price and location.

The hotel is really clean, closely located to to metro station. The only negative thing I can highlight was the Internet connection. I expect more than 30 mins free internet from a 4 starts hotel

Excellent location, cheap and confortable enough for a short vacation.
Very close to 'Piazza del Duomo' and 'Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II', there you can find many things to do and catch a tourist bus to go around the city. The Hotel service is ok, the AC is turned off at night and for some people that don't like to feel hot like me may be uncomfortable, but if you call the front desk and request it, they may turn it on for you for a while. I recommend it if you are in a budget, if you want a nice and confortable hotel, this is not the place for you.

was in milan for 4 days; the hotel is very close to where most people wanna go (duomo, etc). rooms are quite small, with which i`m ok. staff was not super-helpful (ex, i asked for corkscrew to have wine with gf, was told they had none, then asked different staff and got it)

You get what you pay for in life!
You get what you pay for in life! A very average hotel, tired and run down! On a scale out of 10 with 1 being the lowest, I could only give it a 2 at best! In dire need of refubishment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to have a nice experience of Milan....more suitable for budget travellers
