Excellent value and location. Plenty parking. Staff so helpful and nothing a problem. Nice restaurant in hotel and one across the road. Have used before and would definitely use again.

Excellent stay, I would return
Everything was ok, I would give 5 stars to everything, especially the friendly and effective staff. I might give 4 stars only to the breakfast, just because the limited choices, a machine for self making coffee or cappuccino( quality not good), and for the scrambled eggs, really low quality.

Great stay, great staff
We stayed here towards the end of our trip. We had a car and made a trip to Como which was only an hour away and be close to our airport which was 45 mins. Overall the stay was pleasant and I have no complaints for this hotel. Great stay and would recommend.

The staff at this hotel were very nice, professional and very helpful and accommodating! With respect to the property we were very disappointed in not having any form of air conditioning!!! Our room for 7 nights was extremely hot to the degree that condensation built up on the inside of the windows!! We opened the windows for a bit each evening upon returning from exhausted days of sightseeing, but due to no screens you had to keep them closed during the night to avoid mosquitoes and stink bugs etc....from entering the room. This situation really put a damper on our vacation, as every night we were sweating profusely making it very difficult to sleep!!! When we inquired, we were informed that the hotel doesn’t switch over from heat to air until May! To add insult to injury we couldn’t even be provided with a fan for the room, each night was just awful!! One of the other disturbing things was our hotel ride from the Milan airport was almost $200!! Insane!! As we had no idea that this hotel is actually a hour away from the airport!!!! It would cost us $70 one way daily to get to the center of Milan where all the attractions are located. So instead we walked daily for 15-20 mins to take a train $13RT and the hop on a metro $20RT.... getting up at 4:30am to leave this hotel by 5:30 to catch the train and metro in order to get to the tourist center as all of the city tours left at 7:00am!!! THIS TO WAS INSANE EVERY DAY TO RETRUN TO A SWELTERING ROOM!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Milan on holiday, the hotel is very nice and modern and staff are friendly and helpful, located 15 mins walk away from Arcore train station which has trains directly into the centre of Milan (25-30 mins away) so if you dont mind the walk and wait for trains to get to millan then i would recommend this hotel. Cant comment on breakfast or food as i decided to get breakfast while out, the hotel has a few decent restaurants in and around it if you fancy a quick bite also

We had a fantastic stay at the BorgoLecco. Parking was easy, the room was much bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Best of all, the receptionist was super helpful. We'd not slept in a few days (camping in a noisy site) and just wanted to go to bed. The receptionist was happy to help us order some tea and let us know when it arrives so we could retreat to our rooms and get ready to sleep! Would definately stay here again.

It needs 15 minutes walking to get to train station and it is considerable when you are tired specially at night after you are coming back from a long day city visiting. But this is the only negative thing about this hotel. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is perfect.

Very nice hotel in a quiet setting.
Very clean and large size room. Slanted ceiling make the room feels large and spacious. Must have been recently renovated as it looks and feels new. Would definitely recommend to all.

A great base for exploring Italy
We had booked to stay and watch the WSBK which was unfortunately cancelled, but we still had a great time! The room was fantastic, a suite and the terrace was an added bonus. Parking was plenty and the two restaurants below and opposite the hotel were great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious each morning.

Great hotel room with an excellent breakfast. Decent location outside of the city and a 10 minute walk to a train station. Would have given it a 5 rating, except that one night we returned to the hotel at 6 pm and were locked out for 30 minutes. When a woman finally returned to the front desk and unlocked the doors, there was no apology.

Excellent service - front desk staff were helpful, quick, and actively offered to help. Location is in a suburb of Milan - quiet, safe, 20 minutes to downtown by train, about 15 minute walk to train station. Rooms are recently renovated, clean, showers have half-wall (not an issue but different from American hotels).

Great hotel for the money. 4 star.
New or newly renovated - very nice rooms and a very nice size. Good buffet and front counter staff service. Hotel does not have a restaurant, but used a recommended restaurant for dinner which was excellent.
